Probably the most important sacrifices made in this manga. Really sad.

This ending though... I expected atleast one of them to survive, but for both of them to sacrifice themselves really threw me for a loop. Still a really good chapter, with some great action.

That was really depressing yet beautiful. I'm gonna miss Yuugo a lot. He really developed so much and I grew to love that bastard and it sucks that he went out with Lucas. Hope their sacrifices are not in vain.

The moment Yuugo reunited with Lucas I suspected this would happen but it was still really sad. I had really hoped they would make it all the way to the end. They were very valuable members of the Family. But thanks to them, the kids got away so we know their sacrifices won`t be in vain

Not a great chapter, but nice overall. The problem is that i don't really care about those two characters, so it's whatever.

They were both horribly injured and ready to die for the others' sakes but never was I prepared to see them commit their noble sacrifice at the very end. The last remnants of the Glory Bell Orphanage really did go with a glorious bang. Yuugo, Lucas, they did well...

goodbye Yuugo and Lucas, it was fun while it lasted.
Here I come, rougher than the rest of them
The best of them, tougher than leather
You can call me knuckles, unlike sonic I don't chuckle
I'd rather flex my muscles
I'm hard as nails, it ain't hard to tell
I break'em down whether they're solid or frail
Unlike the rest I'm independent
It's my first breath, first test
Feel the right then the worst's left

Oh come on! Just let at least 1 survivor! 😭😭 Despite having Emma and Ray as intelligent children, I still believe they needed an adult you know! I'd say, Lucas should be the one to die. Since he's handicapped and it would've driven Yuugo to guide the children to their goal.

But what can we do? :( This is a sad ending for those 2. RIP.

She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did!

Damn, R.I.P. Yugo and Lucas. I was beginning to like Yugo more and more as the chapters went on and he grew as a character. I hope the kids will be alright without them.
Also for some reason, I feel like Andrew survived the explosion. I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

As soon as Yugo said they would live or die together, I knew they were gonna die, but that doesn't mean it still didn't break my heart to see it happen. At least what they did saved the children for now, so they haven't died in vain... T_T still cried tho

The shots of them as kids were a really nice touch. The group has now seemingly lost its two adults and their shelter. Very interested to see what happens next.
