| Touka's smile <3 That Touka scene at the end was wonderfully done. Guess I'll continue watching this, even though I'm still lost. No time to read the manga, sadly. Maybe one day. |

| Very nice episode. I hope they improve the action animation abit more in the upcoming episodes and BOTHER to explain to us non manga readers what is what and where is where instead of being spoiled by comments elsewhere.. |

| I knew it was Kaneki inside Sasaki. No wonder he wants to come out of his cage. Trapped like an animal. Poor guy, Sasaki, can't even remember his own past. Damn, the part with Touka was touching. Dem feels, that flavor and tear. Kaneki must cry inside the body of him as Sasaki. I be damn, double personality were the one can't control anything. This reminds me of Naruto and Kurama. Great ep. 5/5 from me because of that ending. It was good. |

| It was amazing! It was so cute see how Sasaki fall in love again Taoka without knowing it ... I do not know how Saiko have kept appearances after a long time without seeing at Kaneki, It must have been hard for she, cause I think she always gonna see him like Kaneki and not one else. Really enjoyable, I can not wait for the next stop! See you everybody! :D |

| ok wow im super surprised at how much i loved this episode! As a non-manga reader, i must say i like where this is going.. Sure there's a big gap between s2 and s3 which the manga doesn't have. But so far i must say that im satisfied with what i am seeing. I wasn't really into it by the first episode. New characters, "new" main character which is kaneki but with a different persona.. i wasn't sure how to feel about this..BUT NOW im hooked They way they handled his memories was executed very smoothly i think. I like how he forgot about his past and his old friends, makes everything really exciting.. and then this ending.. beautiful. Was really nice to see touka back! of course the other old characters too like Nishiki "im dying im dying is that how it goes?" that was awesome Looking forward to the next ep |

| I think the ending of this episode may have sold me a bit on this season. I really didn't expect Haise to shed a tear like that. Touka smiling... geez. What are they trying to do to me? Gotta read the manga... So things are making a lot more sense for those who couldn't see the obvious in the first episode. Arima whooped Kaneki's ass so badly that Kaneki now has amnesia and remembers nothing of his old life. Also, does this make Kaneki 20 or 22? He said he doesn't know anything about the 20 years he already lived, but this is set up 2 years after the raid on Anteiku... Or maybe he's 20, and he's JUST barely waking up from a 2 year long coma? Arima seems a lot different compared to his manga self. Akira seems very lost. I feel bad for her. So last week we got Hinami. This week we got Yomo, Nishio, and Touka. I guess Ayato too. Does that mean... we get Hide next week!?! Haha. But Yomo working at the cafe was a nice surprise. I thought that type of thing wasn't really for him? Very interesting. His reaction to seeing Haise is very Yomo. Touka seeing Haise hurt my heart. It was the first time I felt like this season could really hook me. Overall, I feel like this episode did a good job. I think some of the animation and drawing was off for some parts... but it makes up with some nice OST here and there. I still enjoy the EP and OP, but definitely feel like the OP spoiled stuff for me. The guy in the OP looks like a villain, but he's introduced as a fellow ghoul investigator? C'mon. You gotta let me feel blindsided about these betrayals. Now I know it's coming. edit: Also could anyone make a gif of Haise crying at the end? I feel like it would be a good reaction gif. |

| Wait a sec, did they actually remove the chin touching "scene" ...that kinda sucks The Cafe scene was emotional but I liked Toukas appearance in the manga a bit better Saiko is so precious holy hell |
