Which of course is what all this anime is about... Anyone else felt that the guy did not care too much for Yurie??? It looked to me that even after all that, it was not a special relationship that was build! |
| i think that the fact that he's writing kamichu while she's gone is a massive step forward for kenji ;) i wonder if her new friends will be sending her their class notes so that she won't be so far behind next year? and am i wrong or was yurie giving a seminar on oracles? wonderful ending to the series btw :) |
| that guy gradually started to notice him. you get the impression that he doesn't care at all, but i would think that yurie opened his eyes. we still don't know what kind of god she is though. i was a bit disappointed about that. she just does things, and grants miracles. i guess she'll have to die first maybe? as far as her relationship goes, i think the main focus was on her, as a god and not so much as her pursuits in love. incidentally that was a huge part of her motivation too but her godhood developed way faster than her love development. perhaps it never occurred to her that she can just use her powers but that wouldn't be any fun. if that were the case, she could just make her own perfect guy, which is worse. |

| I watched the series in dub and I think Megan Harvey did a great job with Yurie. It was cute, even if Kenji was like an idiot. The odd blushing was the best though. |

| Best episode so far, hope the Specials will keep as good as this... Really, there's no hurting in using a little bit of japanese mythology to make the series more interesting! |

| Ah, I think this show is underrated! It's so surreal, quirky and actually fun, it even reminds me magical realism. Loved it. |

| My favorite Slice of Life anime, maybe tied with Natsume Yuujinchou 9/10 This is so underrated. Which I can understand, it's not for everyone. |

| This last episode had a bit of a change in pace but I still quite liked it, I do wonder what the additional 4 episodes will offer us! Let's see what's next but all in all this series was pretty good on its own up until now! 7/10 |

| the premise and logic aside, this was pretty enjoyable series. The soundtrack are pretty relaxing and the artsyle even more compelling, but it just lack many of thing, no overall plot, the theme are barely explored and some of episodes (like the cat kingdom) are very dull. But overall it was a nice watch. |

| I'm quite impressed by this anime. There are lot of thing that i liked in this show but the calm and relaxed atmosphere and easygoing approach of the characters is what i loved the most about this show. Simply Amazing. |

| Was a bit boring sometimes, but still felt like I would miss the characters now that it's over. |
| Great episode although that final scene looked like the budget was depleted haha. Anyway I absolutely love Kamichu. Aside from a couple episodes (the alien one and the cat one), it's basically perfect. This is my second time watching and IIRC the bonus episodes are the best part of the entire show. |

| It seemed Yurie's younger brother, Shoukichi, who liked Miko, didn't want to be around her in this episode. I felt sad for her. I loved the episode when they ran away together. I must have missed something. Maybe he heard that Miko liked Yashima. |
