| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Rockruff was so salty this episode, RIP Rowlet. I saw Majora's Mask during that Lycanroc Z-Move lmao. That poor Probopass hurt himself more than he did to Ash's team. And with that Ash got another win and earned the rock Z-Crystal, Rockruff should also be evolving very soon. |

| I was wondering if any of Ash's Pokemon will ever evolve and Professor Kukui talks about that at the end xD You know, the writers shouldn't do the same mistake as Gen V when it comes to evolution... Now onto the battle. If Probopass could do that with the "Minibass" in the games... It would be cool xD This was done in a way that only happens in the anime (specially because it resulted to be a Double battle) but it was good nonetheless. Also, I think we never saw a Pokemon KOing its own partner in Doubles :O Still, with some struggle Ash beat the second Kahuna and so he got his fourth Z-Crystal, Rock-type clearly for Rockruff's future skills xD Talking about Rockruff... Which form will he adopt? Hmm... |

| Pretty clever on Ash to use Olivia's Z move to get rid of the Stealth Rock. I think this might be the 1st time one of Ash's Pokemon takes out its own teammate in battle. So Rockruffs evolve once they begin to become more aggressive, and independent. Olivia at the end, tripping lol. I hope she appears again, she was pretty fun character. |

| The cool thing is that hurting your teammate in a double battle is also a mechanic in the games. But using Continental Crush to get rid of Stealth Rock was pretty cool too even if you can't do that in the games! Poor Rowlet though. Was so happy to have pulled off that Z-Move only to get KO'd by Rockruff :( |
