| I've had a really dramatic life on the gaming site where I am the most active. Been there for 7 years (damn), fought in many flame wars. Was once banned while being a mod by another mod for using a word with an offensive root, which I didn't think offensive. And he was a dick about it - didn't warn or ask me in the mod thread but started to shitpost about it in the common sections. I was so mad, made a scene. And all of that was in the middle of a political flame war with a well-known game designer in one of the comment section, so I had to make an alt, and then the designer got angry over changing nicknames. I think I may have been banned there once more for political reasons. Other than that - nah, maybe some technical or mistaken bans, but thankfully I am perfectly able to troll and chew on people without obvious insults or swearing. Normally I am civil tho, so I don't get much attention from mods. |
