| A 10 year old boy in Everett, Washington was hospitalized after being buried by people imitating Naruto. The boy was buried head first in a sandbox in a 1 foot (30.48cm) deep sandbox. He was buried from his head to his chest in the sand; he supposedly started thrashing, but the other kids just thought he was playing. When they finally got him out, they had to perform CPR until the ambulance was able to take him to the hospital. The boy is currently listed in critical condition. | I saw this on CNN a few hours ago and was pretty sure the "cartoon" they were referring to was Naruto. Apparently the kids thought he would gain ninja powers to control sand if he was buried in it? Good job on the parenting there. |
