It doesn't, the panels are completely different, I don't think any manga would have such regular panels. The style doesn't really remind me of manga nor it has the same type of shading.
Also put the images under spoiler.

None of your examples have the manga like art. This looks like stuff made for kids.

These are few examples which come to my mind when someone comments about 'manga-like' art:

And this is just barely scratching the surface. There are plenty of other mangakas, that I'm not aware of, having much better art than the childish examples you posted. Shoo!

just slightly reminder that it was manga that inspired first from western entertainment... after they gain some populairty, manga starting developing their own style... but both of them still influencing each other...

still, the distinctive in line and shading, also drawing still noticeable, but the pattern does become similiar over the tine...

line webtoon is chespool for many kind of style...

How does this look like manga at all? Wtf, even the artstyle is different. Are you implying every comic book copies japanese manga? lol

yeah basically this^

but since you've asked a question, my answer is that I am indifferent.

also you could use Brody's Ghost by Mark Crilley as a much better example but whatever...

There isn't only one "manga artstyle" nor there isn't only one "Western comic artstyle".
And anyway, like Kuma said, they're both influencing each others since quite some time anyway.

Hell no. The big eye cutesy manga and anime artstyle is overrated as hell. Other comic artstyles are way better.

Not really, following MAL's reasoning it has to be published in Japan by a Japanese publisher to be a manga. The nationality of the author doesn't matter. Also is he a Japanese that transferred to the USA after he learnt to draw or was he born in the USA?

Moreover I would add that you didn't even specified what elements you find "manga-like" art, how are these drawing manga-like?

A bait thread? I expected better of you, OP.
As zal stated being just being Japanese doesn't meanit is anime/manga (that is a topic for another thread).
Also, to me, it doesn't look like manga to me just a regular western comic. I feel there is an underline difference for most anime/manga-like western work (another example would be Avatar at least for me).
Is it the big eyes? but anime was inspired by Disney, does that mean Disney is anime or is anime Disney?

There are so many manga styles and so many comic styles that calling one Western comic "manga-style" or calling a manga "Western-style" doesn't really make much sense.

The "manga-like" comic still looks different from the manga art style you choose to represent all of manga art style. As what other people said, manga and comics come in many different art styles and grouping all of the of them with basic qualities like big eyes or colorful hair doesn't do that great of a job. So for me characters with big eyes don't immediately strike to me as manga style.
Also nice job picking a comic from like the 60s to represent all of western comics. At least uses examples from the same era.
