| The animation and CGI of Mozgus and also the fight were all unexpectedly good. I guess that they reserved most of the budget for this episode. Just, I think Guts' VA can't handle him well. His volume falls short I think. I don't know how to describe better but it sounds like he is whispering even while shouting. |

| Mozgus is finally dead. I instist that this remains a faithful adaptation iirc but all those close ups and the animation were tiring. I never really liked how the action in the tower of conviction arc drags sooo much, like every fight is incredibly long and then guts has to face other enemies when I'm just like... enough. Anyway onto the final ep. |

| I knew I hadn't seen the last of Zod! I hope he plays a big role in the final episode. I'm disappointed that it only was a sneak-peek at him and that he didn't feature anywhere else in the episode. It felt good seeing Mozgus being beaten and all the townspeople that had their hopes up being swallowed. Blonde girl almost got cut in half and I was almost hoping for it to happen. You can be a coward, but she's taking "being a coward" to the next level. Little to no responsibility, not a shred of honor, always looking for a way out... Why did the egg eat the baby? And are we gonna see Griffith soon? I'm getting annoyed by all the unanswered questions I still have from season 1. I've already decided to not watch the next series for a while. I'm thinking it's time for the manga after this one. Time to go to the final episode. Right now, this season was better than the last one. If Berserk 1 is an 8/10, this is a 9. Or season 1's a 7 and this season's an 8. |

| Guts finally getting to hug Casca was poignant. I guess a strength of Berserk beyond ascending a revenge story to the level of an ontological struggle, is how it breathes new life into the accursed lovers archetype. |

| I really liked the way in which Guts vs. Mozgus was adapted.Same goes with Guts vs Angels fight from episode 10. Both of them were just really entertaining to watch. |
| I was in awe about this fight between Guts and Mozgus! I haven't seen such an intense and good fight for a looong time. Even though I'm a Christian believer who believes in the power of prayers, I have to agree with Guts. It is said that "God helps those who help themselves" or "he that gapes until he be fed, well may gape until he be dead." Through prayers, God collaborates with people. Based on the saints' stories I read, usually saints not only pray but also act at the same time. Also, these people seemed pretty much self-centered, as people usually are, especially in times of panic. If they were a bit more considerate of one another, helped, and encouraged each other, perhaps they could put some resistance like Isidro, Puck, and Jerome. I see myself talking right now, but I don't know what I would have done in their place, haha. I like to think I would have had at least 10% of the courage shown by the brave ones, though I don't know for sure... |
