In the past month or so? Like romantic ones, or sad ones? I mean some of them just don't go away and it just hurts, tbh.

After almost half a bottle of vodka I'm not feeling much of anything tbh.

Well what if the vodka wasn't available and you had to deal with the feelings?

You watch School Days of course.
Find some sort of distraction, be it a show, a book, a sport or whatnot.

Erase from your life the source of those crappy feelings, of course. Feelings never do any good, they are not necessary, so I rather get rid of it all.

I am reminded of something Watts once said:

"There are no wrong feelings.

There may be wrong actions in the sense of actions contrary to the rules of human communication. But the way you feel towards other people: loving, hating, et cetera, et cetera; there aren’t any wrong feelings.

And so, to try and force one’s feelings to be other than what they are is absurd. And furthermore: dishonest.

But you see: the idea that there are no wrong feelings is an immensely threatening one to people who are afraid to feel.

This is one of the peculiar problems of our culture: we are terrified of our feelings. We think that if we give them any scope and if we don’t immediately beat them down, they will lead us down into all kinds of chaotic and destructive actions.

But if, for a change, we would allow our feelings and look upon their comings and goings as something as beautiful and necessary as changes in the weather, the going of night and day and the four seasons, we would be at peace with ourselves."

Now while that may sound like a load of new-age hippie garbage, I have taken solace in it sometimes.

I wouldn't want that personally, if I have strong bad feelings about something it just shows that it's important and it's just another push for me to improve that situation.
If we're not talking about feelings which are related to a situation that is current and could be fixed then I just turn to one of my many hobbies and forget about it.And I have thick skin anyway, I don't really let too many bad things get to me.

No, I'd rather wish sometimes I could keep my Feelings, but Time and Distractions make me feel more and more apathetic about those.

No that would be like being an autistic sociopathic robot. I just want to remember the good feelings better and sometimes I want to remember pain better to be my muse.

Ik but I'm depressed, I can tell, nothing tastes good and I'm losing a lot of weight from not eating enough.

If this truly is the case then I would honestly recommend seeing a specialist.
However, I know that this doesn't work for a lot of people, or a lot of people are too anxious about seeing a specialist. But to answer your question, yes, I personally have wanted to forget certain feelings but at the end of the day I'm glad I've had them.

From my romantic feelings that led to me hitting the jagermeister to the sad things I have experienced that have brought even a thick-skinned chap like me to tears; I wouldn't personally change any of it. Without all these feelings I would be a completely different man, as all my feelings, including those I wish that I could sometimes forget, have made me into the person I am today. In short, I still get feelings to this day that I wish I could forget, but I am grateful for them. I feel as though lacking these feelings would make me less human, so to speak.

All the damn time... But our pasts are there and there permanently. The most we can do is try to forget or do something as therapy.

No. I wouldn't erase my experiences in life. It's part of what makes me who I am, I wouldn't forget it.
When I do something wrong or feel bad, I accept it. What else can I do? I'll just accept it and keep looking forward.

I don't think I do need to go to the doctor, I'm completely in control of my emotions I can eventually come into neutrality fortunately. Today I'm feeling alright. And I wasn't depressed OVER someone I was just depressed before I met them and they made me better for a little while then hopes were crushed and yeah went back to normal. Today I FEEL better.

I'm just saying I'm not thinking anything dark today and my stomach isn't in knots and I don't feel like crying or anything, so i'm not extremely happy or anything but I do feel relieved.

It's a very good starting point, at least.

I've been having the same thing happen with me recently, and I have to say it really sucks. I'm glad to have made so many great memories though, and will keep them close, even when my friends are not.

I've never had a bad feeling that I couldn't get rid of :I
I CELEBRATE myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.
