| After much deliberation, I'll be watching Medaka Box Abnormal. Since I'm doing my homework by also watching the first season (which I initially dropped after two episodes), it's going to be a tight fit to finish in time. But hey, it's what makes the challenge fun ! ;) (And hey, it's more notches into the Gainax Challenge.) |

The first season starts with some very boring episodes, and only finds its footing in its final arc. On the other hand, this second season fires on all cylinders from the start, and THEN ups its game by going wonderfully weird and meta. (That last episode, man.) THIS is what I'm watching a NisiOisiN anime for. Shame about the subpar art and the obnoxious fanservice, though. |
