| No they should not be. This is a free country and you know what happens to people who smoke cigarettes too much. Even if they were outlawed it doesn't mean they still wouldn't be obtainable. Smoking is bad but that doesn't mean it should be banned also some people need them to cope with society (apparently) I've had people in my family die from lung cancer but also have people in my family in their 80's and 90's who smoke all the time. |

| Cigarettes and alcohol are legal, yet marijuana is illegal. Cigarettes are very bad and kill people so yeah, judging by the fact that marijuana is illegal, so should cigarettes. But at the same time, I do think its up to everyone to choose what they wish to do themselves and if they wish to smoke, let them smoke. |
