| On New years many of my friends are leaving to visit family, watch something "festive" for the Holidays, or are going to hang out til morning the following day just so they can say "HAPPY NEW YEARS!" and wake up all the neighbors. What do you plan to do for New Years? Do you have any resolutions? |
| Well my plans just went down the drain because the Gloucester Park race track is no longer doing their annual NYE party! Which annoys me. So I will probably be driving the three hours to my mates and partying it up with her in Busselton. |

| Fireworks! No one gets too much sleep here a few hours before and after New Year's Day. Pets are cowering in corners or whining. No one can hear each other for awhile while the skies are lit up gloriously and magnificently. Man, New Year here is a happy cacophony. Oh yeah, drink and be merry - literally. |
| Well we just celebrate it at home. Watch a movie and then count down on TV to the new year, just with my immediate family. New Years has never really been that big for us. We do, however, say an end of the year prayer that God may keep us all healthy and strong for the next year to come, as well as bless it. |

As far as resolutions go, I'm going to double my resolution for last year: Play TWO live shows before the year ends. :) I met my goal this year of one show...because I'm pretty much a one man band, I don't really have all the equipment to do a lot of shows, so I don't play often. But I will! Earning money just takes so much time. XD |

| No party this year. I will reunite with my friends (so far 30 people say they are going) at a friend's house, whose name is Steve. He used to live with Jesus. Anyway, he has a snake and little fish and his apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen. We will have a dinner, shared by everyone. I will bring Bavarian sausages I bought in Munich thinking about them and a bottle of some creepy German brandy I found for 8€ at the Free Shop. Then, if we can walk, we'll go to the river and see the fireworks. Then we will march singing the anthem of the Cat to a rock club called Sanctuary. And there we will rot till 2 am. After that we'll try to get to some other place or just stay at the street. And hopefully I'll not spend this new year eve next to Uncle Greg - like 2 years ago - or punching a fucking Indian in the face - like last year. |
