Imo, the episode was tense...with what Academia has planned. Didn't surprise me that they took Dennis already. Sigh. I guess we'll see him duel again in the future (wonder what deck though)... Excited to see Reiji take his plan to action but eh, I wanted to see him duel D: Interesting to see Sora again. I almost miss the guy. |

| recap episode for first half way to kill the hype with new op - - sneaky jean put mind control device to security. and heck why most evil character need to explain their plan all the time. sora sent dennis back to acedamia and Leo sent barrett to go after serena? with half of them being recap this is worst plot episode so far. i don't like new ending theme at all. |
| At first I thought "meh, another recap", but after reading the script it turns out that the first half was plot disguised as recap. So the Council knew about Academia even before the Lancers arrival, heh. Roger deserted Academia and wants to build his own kingdom in the City. I guess the previews about him collaborating with Yuya makes alot more sense now. I'm pleasantly suprised that they decided to take the Tron/Dr. Faker route rather than Roger being simply another Fusion scum. Also, the new OP/ED were fantastic, especially the ED. That Sawatari x Serena shipping. Sawatari is now officially Manjoume of ARC-V. |

| New, nice OP/ED. We got to see all characters including 4 dimentional self of Yuzu and Yuuya. The half of episode was just a summary of what happened in 10-15 episodes. Next week will be intense, cuz it's time for Queen! |

| A good episode. I thought the recap was just going to be plain ol' recap when everybody was disappointed by it, but it was actually pretty smartly done. Turns out the Council are truly assholes who just sit 24/7 in the Council Room while doing important decisions without even lifting a finger. Jean also freaking out after Reiji straight out rejected him was funny. Next week, more Melodius & Yuzu! But I have a really bad feeling 'bout that creepy smirk of Sergey's... Also, love the new OP/ED, they're totally rockin'. Though the ED's lyrics are pretty sad. rladls717 said: Shinji and Sergei were left out in the opening even though they are also participants in the Friendship Cup. | I think I'm getting affected by this site because I didn't used to mind recaps. XD I liked how some of the recaps contained new information. That's as much better as the recaps are going to get. I hope Yuzu won't lose to Sergey next episode; I'm feeling that she might. In the preview, I saw Sergey's facial expression changed to a somewhat more understanding kind; maybe Yuzu has changed his mind about something. Sora's back in action! I can't wait for that desired confrontation between Yuya and him. I want to know Academia's backstory as well. Sora and Dennis are acting like this is a normal thing to do, so it would be great to have their perspective on this situation. Nice OP and ED; I'm really feeling the music! |

Enlightenment Paladin on top of Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon reminds me of Master of Dragon Knight. If they actually will fuse or something, I will commit sudoku for eternity! Dat Sergei's smile at the end.. He'll rape Yuzu isn't he? *In duel way, of course!* :P |

| I waited all this time to watch and my god how I regret. Arc-V is delivering, new OP/ED are GORGEOUS, the ost is becoming one of my favorites and holy shit the duels are so hype. @_@ Need the next episode ASAP, even if Yuzu will probably lose, I want to see Sergey deck. |

| Amazing opening as expected from cinema staff. I knew they'd deliver. Reminded me of Hitman Reborn op 2. Was Yugo about to jizz? lol WTF! No Melissa Claire in the opening? That's bullshit. Half episode recap gonna half episode recap. As for the new material, it was great. Roger showing his full colors now. Silly council. You should have removed Roger by force. Now he's put his plan into motion. Roger's plan is going to be ruin now that Dennis told Leo. lol Sergey rape face. LOL Good ending song. Yuya laying in the grass in the beginning reminded me of Judai in the final ED of GX. DAT Sawatari/Serena(especially this one), Tsukikage/Reira shot tho. 5D's much:  Finally showed all the remaining Yuzu counterparts now when you could have done that in the last ED when they were revealed. lol at Sawatari catching feelings for Serena. Don't know if his feelings are canon yet or just for the ED. Damn. I wish I was sleeping next to Melissa Claire. |
