| First: Holy fuck, Mao in that dress! Dead. XD Ahem, anyway...best episode of the season so far. The mission played out very nicely, the car chase looked great, and they even worked Kaname in for some humor. Guess it was too quick to claim her role was being downplayed. Curious about who was piloting that random mech. Mao was kinda hard on Sousuke at the end, but she wasn't exactly wrong or being malicious. Were it up to me Kaname would just live with him and that'd be that. XD Oh, and the insane guy's poolside craziness while the sister's watched? Uh...no comment. |

| Lmao the entire phone call during the case was priceless ... and then Gates drowning the guy ... Melissa is right though, there's a limit to how much he can do at the same time and I dont feel like Kaname really is a top priority anymore, at least the show doesn't make me feel she is. |

| Sousuke is real bf material. He even has time for Chidori to talk about trivial things while in the middle of a car chase and a firefight. lol |
| While the phone conversation during the chase was funny, it just kinda confused me. The way Kaname was talking to Sousuke made it sound like she knows nothing about Mithril and about Sousuke being a soldier and that she just thinks he's ditching her and school randomly and for no reason. It just feels like forced comedy that honestly isn't even as funny as the show thinks it is: now, Sousuke tearing the teacher's car apart and getting chastised by Kaname was hilarious. |
| Important to note he has allegedly not picked up when Kaname called, but got on phone when Kyouko did! Kaname just casually forgetting Sousuke is actually in a mercenary unit, despite having been on their submarine while it was hijacked, is a bit weird. Comedic sure but did she really forget his sifuation? We got some desperate world building for mithril, in S1 I thought the organization was just the boat and maybe the port. Melissa is a waifu for sure. |
