is this the season of shojo to live action? story sounds sad but its hard to compile a long story to become an 2 hr movie, look at LOVE FOR BEGINNER & SAY I LOVE YOU, fair rubbish.

Definitely this kind of manga should get Movie adaptation that was the best choice
As for anime it will be very short as the manga wont run long judging from the story
