| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- For one thing, I thought the music/OST used in this episode was quite interesting. It highlights a lot of the connection that Arima Kousei has built with Kaori. And although she doesn't look well physically as compared before, she still retains an emotional spirit. Some of the performances were alright I suppose. The episode focuses quite ab it on almost everything coming together. 1 more episode left...so I guess we'll find out what will happen to Kaori. Really liked Kousei's confidence in this episode though as he takes the stage. |

| He's already into depression. Is violinist girl really well now? Well, at least she looks like it when she requested him for the cake. She told him she's taking the surgery, and used imaginary violin play to encourage him. It seems like she confessed to him. The pianist guy is... and the rivals are actually worried about them. When he's in the condition of cannot play, childhood girl's sneeze woke him up. He remembers what everyone says when he plays. "Sad Color" or "Colorful Sadness"? Final ep. next and it's delaying 10 mins. of broadcast. |

| It felt really nice to see Kaori's desire so clear, as she repeats it numerous time. The performance of her spirit, the feelings coming together was great. Continuing to really like just how Arima's feelings isn't exactly a straight line. With him performing while the surgery is happening, being lost yet found so easily. The performance was quite the mesmerizing one! I sort of want to see Watari's side of the picture on screen. Last episode next week :/ |

| Noone is. This wasn't as depressing as I thought it would be but still. I don't even know anymore. Even if Kaori ends up dead I really hope for a small time skip to see what everyone did with their lives. |

| NO!! PRAY FOR A MIRACLE!!! COME ON KAORI!!!! Kaori goes under the knife, surgery at the same time as Kousei's performance. We see Kaori break down in tears as she tells Kousei not to leave her alone. I got heated with Tsubaki last week but this week she redeemed herself. If it wasn't for her accidental sneeze, Kousei would have most likely broken down again. Deep down I really wanted Kousei to give Kaori a gift she'll remember. That gift being in the form of a kiss, a kiss that would share all the memories they shared together. |
