| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Watching this episode reminded me of Trigun, except in this case the protagonist is a female and has a demon for a partner instead of a priest. Anyway, good background story that tells us the history of Rosette, Chrono, Joshua, and Aion. |

| I am loving this anime. This was a good episode. I am really intrigued by Joshua's character. I can't wait to see more of his older self. It looks like they might be making him slightly 'bad' which should be interesting. |

| The relationship between Rosette and Joshua in this episode reminds me a lot of Ed and Al from FMA. |
| So they did avoid answering what he was doing there in the first place.. Still, nice to see how Rosette and Joshua ended up there. |

| Good to see some backstory of Rosette and Joshua 4 years before their current timeline . And as for Chrono being in Magdalene's coffin, my guess would be that she's his former contractor maybe. |
