| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- My goodness! Ueno and Ishida talk! I honestly don't know what to say, but I kind of like Ueno now...I think. And what the actual heck, Ishida. You had the chance! Why didn't you confess? Ishida's rambling was pretty cute, though, likewise the previous chapter. Last chapter will have a two-year time skip?! PSYCHED!! |
| Well that wrapped up several scenarios. It looks like the final chapter will be a 2 year time skip huh? That should be an interesting read next week. *hoping they announce something at the finale. Perhaps an anime adaptation...? |

| Yeah, I still like Ueno as a character. She was shitty but she was honest. Interesting convo and Ishida finally decided what he wants to do, yay! Time skip next chapter? Well in the one shot it ended with a time skip too...with him asking to be friends. Maybe after this time skip he'll ask to further their relationship even more. ;) |

| I really like this chapter. Funny moments here and there. Than some part were serious especially when Ueno was discussing about the past. Them feels ~;; And next week is the final, looking forward to it. |

| Even Shouko made eyes like "wtf man?" when he asked her about the gift she gave him. Last chapter next week? So it will end with some lame chat with old "friend" and maybe glimps to the future. I dislike that kind of ending, as always in manga and anime good start and interesting story ends with lame conclusion. |

| Im kinda confused on what you guys are saying how the next chapter is the last chapter. Currently chapter 61 is only out so far, and on MAL it says there are 64 chapters in total. Since this discussion forum is for chapter 61 and people are saying next chapter is the final chapter, that means they are saying chapter 62 is the last chapter? Can someone please explain to me? |

In case you don't know, there are two bonus chapters, 1.5 and 32.5. Chapter 1.5 should have been the chapter 2 and the chapter 32.5 is the chapter 33, all in all there are 64 chapters but the last is chapter 62, we just didn't consider the other two chapters. |

| Yeah, despite wanting to hate Naoka, I just can't. She has her bad sides - and I mean really bad - but... I don't know, I just can't. She just had the wrong perspective from the beginning. She is an awful person at times, yeah, but she's fine. When she asked Shoya why didn't he just come to Tokyo with them, it was funny. I felt that she wanted just so that Shoya would be there but just didn't want to say it out loud. So she still hasn't confessed to Shoya. I'm pretty sure Shoya is too dense to realise it. Sad, I wanted her to at least confess. That page with the peanuts was hilarious though. "What will you do... if I don't?" "I will throw peanuts at you." Proceeds to throw peanuts. Everyone's becoming a hairdresser, are they? If (WHEN) they get married in the future, it's going to be a family salon again I just know it. As Tomohiro said, I'm very disappointed in you, Shoya. | I guess the manga ends with forgiveness, instead of retribution. Makes sense though, since the entire theme has been about forgiving past mistakes. It does make me sad that some of the real assholes never got what was coming their way though.... |

I mean normally the tsundere girl wins but not here… poor Naoka, she has tried her best
Like other ppl say on these forums, romance in this is weak. For the entire time I feel the mc’s feeling towards Chouka is more guilt & pity than love. Like Ueno puts it “men r attracted to vulnerable weak girls” and it doesn’t help her case that Chouka doesn’t have much personality apart from being kind & innocent and having negative self worth… hence I’m all team Naoka
The manga is ultimately abt redemption and the complexity of the human nature; in these respects it does it really well

| @GavrocheN7 I don't think Ueno is a tsundere. She's just a mean girl it's not a facade. The whole point of her character is that she's honest about who she's , calling her a tsundere misses the whole point of who she's. |
