| When the dubbed anime premiered on Toonami way back when. I even vaguely recall the commercials leading up to the premiere and how psyched I was for the series, 'cause I knew it was gonna be awesome. So many memories... I'm not sure I actually knew what anime was back then, but Naruto is what led me into it. All I remember is my 12 year old noob self seeing people discuss things that hadn't happened yet in the dub on the Final Fantasy Online forums way back in the day and wondering what the heck they were talking about. They clued me on, and viola! anime. Think I began reading the manga not long after that. Hahaha, after that, I joined the Naruto-Kun forums which pretty much indirectly shaped my entire life. I essentially have Naruto to thank for who I am today. wow, deep. Unfortunately, I dropped it around whatever chapter Shikamaru's fight with Hidan was, and didn't catch up with it again until about the time Tobi revealed himself as Obito - in other words, for many, many years. Then after reading it several days straight to get caught up sometime last year, I dropped it again until now, and I only picked it back up now because I saw it's ending. Damn, fuck Naruto. |

| Not so sure, i think i was in 7-8th grade when i accidentally watched an episode on TV, even though i was super skeptical at first. That episode was Team 7 vs Zabuza. Man, did i get hooked. After that i didn't watch it for a whole year, because i still didn't have internet. When i got it, the anime was around Shippuden 30, or wherever Naruto vs Orochimaru was. I marathon'd the anime like crazy, but i think i decided to read the manga a little later. All in all: started in 2006, so 8 years, at least. Ah, the nostalgia... |

One thing is for sure .. I'm a "lead" fan of the naruto series , most of the time struck by it's awe-inspiring battles and stuffs .. It's been a candor and self-esteem type for me up until now .. and always will be . |

Same with Naruto anime, I marathon Naruto Episode 1-220 on youtube late 2004. 2004 - was the year I was immersed at Anime (my cousin Introduced me to Bleach) and i've become addicted to anime collecting episode by episode downloading) and starting that year it goes on and on... |

| Naruto was the series that got me into anime and manga. Ever since year 2010. Maybe the period has not been as long as for some of you, it doesnt matter. It was part of my life for some time, then there were breaks while the story got bad or just waiting for chapters took too long and i found other series that as for this day i value even more. But the beginning, almost everything before shippuuden, i loved it. I loved the beginning, jiraya, naruto's parents, gaara, sai, those were amazing arcs. :) All in all, It's so weird.. It's dear to me although i am not totally satisfied with the series overall. But still. Yeah :) gonna take some time to get used to the fact that it's totally over. |

| I probably got into Naruto in late 2006 when cartoon network was marathoning the leaf village invasion arc. Those epic battles led me to buy a lot of the first seasons. And now Naruto is still my favorite and gateway anime,even after all these years. |

| I don't remember when it was but it was my very first manga. Though I believe I started reading it very early because I caught up with it in 1 day. I think it was in the Chuunin exam. At that time I loved it so much, I also read the one-shot, early character designs and some Kishi's notes which were in volumes (I'm unsure if they were the real thing but it was such a long time ago that I don't care). Eventually I forgot about it and started watching anime. Then I also watched a bit of Shippuuden and returned to manga afterwards (since it's better anyway). So a big part of my life has now concluded. I'm happy to see the ending but slightly sad that there won't be new chapters again. Unless Kishi decides to milk it a bit longer. |
