| This is covering book #4 of 17 light novels. Clearly the interesting stuffs has yet to come (reading the summaries of the latter light novels looks very promising) And yes, this series is composed of many many story arcs (often one per book) that reveals more about the Academy City and other major magical and ESP organizations around the world. |

| The funny part for a second I thought someone who looked like Index was actually his mom(although that black bikini on her was godly) and Mikoto being the cousin was kinda hot. The reintroduction of Kaori is excellent but this seems like a weak premise for an arc. |

| I liked this episode. It was pretty funny at times and this arc seems pretty interesting. I wonder why anyone would want the people around Touma altered like that. |
| I loved this episode from the offset. Index with the "hat" >_<. Misaka and her onii~chan. Index as the mum. But especially Touma's friend as Index. When I saw his hairy legs and him running on the beach towards Touma, well it was pretty damn funny. What a weird episode though. Looks like the Russian faction has showed up. And the old fella that said "Shana-tan moé". That was wicked. KANZAKI. That woman is win. |

| Index in that pink tight bathing suite, fan service at is best ;D Very confusing episode at first, and I was actually expecting a dream chapter when things started to get too out of hand, though nice to see it's actually caused by some powerful spell. I wonder why that Russian girl, Tsuchimikado and Kanzaki are unaffected though? |

| LOL OH MY I AM SPEECHLESS, AT FIRST I WAS LIKE WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON, BUT THEN I WAS STILL WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON STATE. RUSSIAN MAGICIANS?! NONETHELESS, GOOD FANSERVICE IS GOOD. Okay so, some magician altered that tree diagram of Sephiroth and distorted everyone's ranks, and that magician based it in Touma's thoughts and perspective. That's why almost every friend of Touma became part of it. THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN? ANGEL FALL? VERY INTERESTING. I am satisfied because I saw a happy-go-lucky Mikoto, Index in the hot swimsuit, and Komoe as a reporter, lmao. Although that really caught me off guard when Touma's blonde guy friend told him that he's also part of the Necessarius. |

| I thought for sure the whole thing would turn out to be Touma's dream... So I was surprised that it was "real". (Or is it...? I still find it weird how his friend is there. That just doesn't seem right... And he's with Kanzaki...?!) I understood what they were saying at the end, but still. This is one strange arc. I'm not sure if I like it. Or maybe I just don't like, in general, how there seems to be no common thread linking all of these events together; there's no main plot or purpose... D: |

And the tv-program was also rather interesting... xD And that was only the beginning: Touma walking away mid conversation and everyone appearing as other characters made for some pretty hilarious scenes. Good thing it turned serious later on though. Angel Fall looks pretty weird. And who would've thought Tsuchimikado was a member of Necessarius as well? =O |

| It’s cool that they at least bring up something about his family in this episode. I was starting to think he doesn’t have any… and then suddenly, things took a turn for the stupid. I had a hard time telling if this episode is just filler where Toma’s having a dream or if this is actually happening. In fact I'm still confused about it. Also it’s stupid that Tsuchimikado is a part of Necessarius. It's just too random to throw in all of a sudden. I mean, the guy has only been shown in like an episode or two. Why bring him up all of a sudden at random? Also can't tell if the Tsuchimikado thing is serious or if it's just a joke. Also it’s ironic that the Russian magician questions why Toma isn’t affected by the spell, when it’s questionable why she and her group aren’t affected by it either. Why does Toma insist on keeping up his act that he didn’t lose his memories in front of random people, I get that he’s doing it for index, but why does it matter when she’s not around? This episode just tops it off when it comes to being weird. |
