All of that happens on the same story and in a span of just 26 minutes. This is unlike practically all other anime that exist. Second is the part of unsettled feelings, the overall reception of this OVA is really mixed, some people consider it great but some other people despise it, this can be checked on the score statistics, having one of the most divisive and varied ratings of all anime in this page. It also heavily features the negligence of supervillains and superheroes in properly controlling who happens to be in the crossfire, with a bit of dark comedy leaning on just how brutally multitudes of normal citizens just minding their business might end up being negligently offed.
