| The first part was unexpected, but the second part felt like a filler somehow? I mean waiting two weeks for an episode that Fern gets sick? The author was kinda lame with that idea. I'm disappointed considering how good the series has been so far. |

| Just as we thought Sein was gonna travel with the crew longer he decided to part ways. He really was the mature one of the bunch serving as mediator and even speaking his mind about Stark and Fern "platonic" relationship. Later we were able to see once more just how much Frieren cares for Fern and how in her eyes she's still a child considering how she percieves time. Tbf many parents do as well with their children so it was quite a reminiscent moment. |

| I didnt think Sein was going to depart that some middle ground would be found to have it both ways but I guessed wrong. Hopefully they can meet up with him again in a few episodes. The way all the characters act is pretty realistic. Fern not actually overreacting to a cold hand prank but feeling scared by Stark firmly held her feeling vulnerable and caught off guard also probably a bit embarrassed too. Would be nice to be able to be comforted by someone close like Fern and Frieren got. |

I don't feel that way at all. The slow burn style of story telling makes it actually feel the opposite in many ways. |

| This episode depict simplicity over complexity. A lot of common things happened between them, and in solving those simple things there are many complex things involved. I like the new ED, which is the second section of the first ED. It's like answer-and-call happened between two different being. |

| Goodbye Sein you weren't my favorite but you've served your purpose as a voice of reason. I don't know Sein kinda felt like the straight man of the group, but that's also Fern's job. He didn't feel too distinct from the others either, wise like Frieren and sensible like Stark. We will probably see him later at some point, as the trailer for the second cour showed. Love the line "its not just children that need emotional support. " Himmel was spitting nothing but straight facts to Frieren when she was sick. She was paying in kind to Fern on how she felt about her. Like yeah I still see you as a child in some regards but your an adult too. I'm always going to be in your corner. I love how Frieren was being a grandma and motherly in this episode. Really showed a sweet side of her that we often forget about. Her spells to remove stains and clean was funny as hell. She is more than just a powerhouse. Looks like were finally going to school next episode. It feels like forever but different situations kept throwing themselves in our hero's faces. It's not like they can ignore a sickness, village trouble, snowstorms, or recruiting another party member. Just happy were finally at our first real checkpoint. |

| we're back and a great episode based mostly around fern makes me glad because she stays being the best character. sein is a real one for helping stark and her makeup, real dad vibes and the duo are cute even when they're having a quarrel. nice of frieren to try and comfort fern during her sickness as well, despite what people say about her insensitivity. |

| Man, I sure missed this show this last couple of weeks. Lovely episode as usual. It was sad to see Sein go but I have hopes we can see him again relatively soon... and not after 30 years because we know Frieren takes ages to reunite with old party members. And on a side note, it seems Stark is gonna get super sidelined from now on. Understandable given the next arc is apparently gonna be about Frieren and Fern getting their magic licenses but still a shame nevertheless. |

| I like the new OP. I loved the first one but I think this one will grow on me, too. I like that the ED is the same song but a different section of it. The artwork in both the OP and ED are a notch above last time. Especially the ED; it looks like a sort of mixed media with a painted background (looks great even if it’s all digital). Frieren’s depiction in the ED looks like it might be claymation? I’d love a behind the scenes on this ED. As for the episode itself, it definitely felt like more shipping fuel for FernxStark. But watching Sein reflect on everything after talking with Frieren about the present and now and still decide to go his own way definitely caught me off guard. I’m guessing we’ll see him again. Sein really gets me.  |
Sein real for that  Letsgoo! Frieren Fridays are backkkk! and the new OP by Yorushika is great! n-buna's one of my favorite artists/producers. ED stayed the same, just changed the lyrics and visuals. I'm gonna miss Sein though man :( |

| Sousou no Frieren 2nd opening visuals and song so beautifully amazing ❤️❤️🔥🔥 Yorushika is amazing obviously. ❤️ So these are the upcoming events and characters. I always loved the idea putting it in the opening. Very creative like 1st opening and it makes me look forward. The 2nd ED visuals is just nice and a part 2 of milet's Anytime Anywhere. I don't want to say this again & again. But the animation you see in the opening is the same to the whole anime since episode 1. Well it's a seasonal TV show. And the amazing Studio MADHOUSE and staffs. These are not opinion and gaslighting. It is a fact. Though this will be my personal opinion and I'll say this again and again and again. The story & characters are amazing as always since episode 1 until now. Why would it be popular and well liked if it's not. It's been 3 months and still rank 1 in myanimelist. It was a short journey (actually it's long too) Bro Sein-san part ways with the group. Hope you'll find Gorilla-kun Always loved Stark-kun moments hahaha So we will be going to the city of magic, Äußerst! So hyped! First-Class Mage Exam arc starts next week!!!!! |

| Great episode. Sein speaks for all of us. I hope he returns, though at least he mediated between Fern and Stark one last time before he left lol. I did like the second one a lot too. Everyone really does deserve emotional support, regardless of age. Interestingly, not a lot of use of flashbacks in this episode - I know a lot of people complained about them but I love them and they add to the show’s appeal for me so I hope they continue to remain a thing going forward. On the whole, great episode. I’m so glad Frieren is back. It was just one off week and it felt like an eternity to me. |

| @ricky78 You're extremely off. If you're on the official twitter page, it is a Japanese post. Don't use translate for the entire post because it is always not precise. If you're a Nihongo Jouzu, you should be able to understand that the kanji numeric katakana clearly stated "dai ni kuuru" aka "2nd cour".
