| Okei. A really stretched out episode. I also wondered why they didn't showed it in the end that Shikamaru took the cigarette of Asuma and smoked. But, he coughed and he really can't take the cigarette. Yeah, that's more dramatic in the manga. In this episode, he just tell us that he really hates smokes and cigarettes. Oh well, next episode. Probably, it will be shown. When he visits Kurenai and Asuma's grave, he'll smoke. ^^ |

| Despite the opinions of the majority - I felt that this episode was great :) Sure we saw Hidan and Kakuzu leave for the whole extraction of the bijuu and then the rest of the episode was all about Asuma - however I didn't mind it. It was sweet how he talked to each of them about their individuals strengths and managed to put humor into. Anyways - I liked the episode and it did make me sad. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Wow, I actually thought that was a good episode. To all those calling it 'emo', emotional means an inclination towards excessive emotion. I don't think it is excessive to be that upset about someone dying. |

| Sad episode, give Asuma his due. The anime did alot better of a job leading up to his death in the filler arc and this but still the manga is better. Did they cut out Shikamaru smoking? If so that ruins my favorite moment from all of Naruto. |

| I thought the episode was done really well. We haven't had much development on Asuma's role as the leader of Team 10 so it definitely made the moment more emotional. |

I didn't really mind this entire episode being dedicated to Team 10 and Asuma's dynamics, I think it elevated the impact, however, it would've been really great if Shikamaru did smoke.. Also, good to finally see one of the most famous characters of the series, Pain! |
