When Senku and Gen make their mad scientist/villain faces muhahaha Potential prisoner-soldiers? Very risky. Perseus is a fitting name, I like that reference to the myth of Medusa there. Kinrou deciding to show off makes an impression, but now he'll venturing further away from the safety of the island. Soon the people of the new stone age will once more come into contact with the treasures of the people of the space age they descend from... |

| This is it, the culmination of the construction of Perseo to go to the other end of the world and with it come lots of scientific developments. Each of the characters have their dedicated moment and Ginro isn't ne to be left behind... even if it wasn't in the way he intended. Gotta look out for the prisioners though, who knows what they'll come up with while on the boat. Advanced episode |

| LOL, Ryuusei wanted to include a Casino on the ship... this dude... . And they made imitate chocolate, huh... Meanwhile in our real world... we have low choco supply that they had to literally make a "Fair Choco Trade" where everyone can only buy a certain amount of Choco at all the same price so they don't run out of supplies... If Imitate Choco was this easy to make, shouldn't Real World be making tons of them now? similar to how we already make imitate Crabs, Meat, etc etc... . BTW, nice Ship, looks cool and sturdy, with the bottom covered by steel plates (old age wooden boats used to travel the ocean had no plates). The Ship is a mix, like in between Medieval and Modern ship, where the base and frames are wooden and old styled, but it's covered in modern metal, glass and machine controls. And then Ryuusei goes in actual Captain Mode. With a send off, and then Ginro gets a change of heart and wants to go too, lol. (but it's all an act, so he can look "cool", LOL) But he doesn't realize Senku has the radar, LUUUUUL Get Fucked Ginro. . And now Senku is going to try and salvage the crashed space-craft... but... HOW THE HELL... is it still standing there over 3000 years? While all the other modern building pretty much turned to dust... some weird plothole here. |

| Episodes like this make me realize just how many timskips this series gets. We just went through one year in a single episode. Sometimes I wish it would slow down and have more personal moments. But I was pleasantly surprised how emotional Minami got. But I found her whole reason for wanting a camera in the first place emotional in and of itself. Nice to see a character like her have this kind of development. Now they've finally set sail (with practically every named character). Can't wait to see where this goes. |

| For the ones that like to bother others (like me) with "you should read the manga/LN", please stop. I don't read mangas, I will NOT read mangas, I will not listen to what manga readers complain in adaptation to the anime counterpart, I only watch anime except in very few and specific situations. |

| wow, this episode felt like mini movie. the art even was fitting. truly so, the pace was fast as always. did they just rebuilt the ship in one year time or i just missed soemthing? at any rate, senku built here an entire engine, and lots of other inventions such as silk, and we didn't got any explanations. was this shortcoming was even in the mnanga? i'm feeling as this series becoming less and less "scientific". i still enjoy it, but not as what season 1 presented. |

| Considering that Medusa used to petrify men and Perseus is the Greek hero that defeated her, I thought it was an excellent name for the ship meant to save humankind after being petrified for thousands of years! I also really loved Francois' s comment on Ryusui being called self-indulgent. It made me realize that what they said is sadly true. To quote their words: 'It's easy to give yourself reasons for not wanting something that you truly want. It allows you to give up before you get hurt.' This resonates with me — how many times in the past did I give up on something because I deemed it too hard to reach, convincing myself I wasn't actually interested in it just to avoid getting hurt. But Ryusui doesn't lie to himself, and I respect that a lot. In fact, I think I'm going to try and be more greedy myself from now on. After all, 'Greed equals justice!' |
