I'm glad to see that the festival went quite well.

But I have a feeling that the next episode is going to be very sad.

I really liked this episode, it had "bounding time" of Yuito with Hitomi (and almost a love confession), but it also showed how much all the characters have developed. But the end of the episode... this anime is going to make me sad (even cry), for sure.
After this, I'm really excited (?) to see how P.A. Works is going to end this anime, since I really don't know in which manner do they want to end it.
Also, that scene of the fireworks was to beautiful for my eyes =)
P.S. Is the book guy the future husband of Kohaku? It seems that it is, because of all the screen time he is having (also, the reaction of Hitomi in this episode of him, hmmmm, suspicious)

Honestly thus episode felt bland for some reason. End was okay and I think Hitomi now knows how to see colours, but the story us getting really stretched out just leaving a cliffhanger right before Kohaku sends Hitomi back to the future
bread is yummy

Good episode!

I loved their energy at school festival, i am glad to see the work of everyone being that much successful!

Feeling are starting to build up for last episode, will be a hard farewell for sure, so Hitomi found happiness, is what her grandmother wanted bring her back to the past, firewroks were a wonderfull moment!

Is only one thing that she didn't done, we all know what it is, i wonder how it will be in last episode!

My heart is being prepared for next week, hyped to see how it will finish!

Why can't she just stay there it's so sad they have to break up with her friends,
I can understand some reasons why she need to go back but still I hoped for her to stay.

anyway it was a really beautiful episode and that ending when she started seeing colors again blew me away with the feels.

I am a bit down, since this is a bit of a drop compared to the feels of last episode. But it is STILL a very good episode. Like many above me, I also a bit agitated the confession is not on this episode.

But I'm sure PA Works got something on their sleeves, so I am currently eagerly waiting for the last episode.

I'm ready for any ending, sad or happy, I'm ready to cry a lot too!

Really good episode. It's emotional and touching. I'm glad to see them enjoying the festival, the fireworks near the end is just amazing. I hope they sort things out though, Hitomi and Yuito, let this have a wholesome ending please.

I’m still waiting for Hitomi to unleash the powerful magic she has been been hinted at having fairly obviously earlier on. A sad ending to this would be a pity. I don’t see a depressed girl just “being happy” in a world she didn’t like being in and with her newfound friends and love interest around 70 years old or dead. That would be a waste of this fantastic dramatic buildup and only make this show a heaping pile of melodramatic crap.

Binged this show these last few days and I really really enjoyed it. This episode was great. I really like how they wrapped up the relationship between Yuito and Hitomi. They were a really cute pair, especially for both being shy and introverted. I'm excited for the confession next episode, but I'm mostly curious about how it will end??
It's kind of sad if we don't see all the characters as 70 year olds, and what will happen to Yuito?
There was a hint early on when Kohaku had Hitomi and Yuito experimenting and looking at children's books and Hitomi mentions that his art reminds her of a children's book she had read. And with the path that Yuito is taking with his art and the style he does, that's totally what he's going to be doing. But it's definitely curious. Perhaps she will go back and he will have passed away and left a picture book created and dedicated to her? That would be really sweet..

I'll be honest, the whole paper aeroplane and running to meet in the middle of the night was pretty tense. Then they hugged and stuff, and there seems to be the main plot line, Hitomi being torn apart from her love to go back to her rightful timeline.

Then this episode kinda just let it slip kinda. It was pretty so-so. There really isn't this strong intimacy between Hitomi and most of her club, so it just isn't an gripping to focus on them.

Next episode will probably be the final reveal once Hitomi goes back to the future. What will have happened to everyone? And most importantly to the one she loves?

So the only reason of why Hitomi doesn't want to return to her time is just because of Aoi and this "love" she feels towards him... yeah, honestly, I was expecting a major reason like not wanting to leave behind the amount of great friends she had made and the confidence she managed to slowly recover due to said friends but well.

It was another OK episode with only a few interesting scenes such as the last one with the fireworks, which I found really nice, being honest. Especially when they made that contrast between the characters in black and grey and the colorful night sky. Visually, it looked really beautiful.

The cultural festival was nice too. I'm glad they did a great presentation without any problem. But it was also a bit odd that nothing happened since this way, it seems that the time gaps that occured last episode were only used as an excuse to keep the drama alive...

But that aside, I'm curious about how this series will conclude. Honestly, I'm still a bit confused about how they will handle the time travel. I mean, logically, what Kohaku has to do is to send Hitomi back to her own timeline to prevent any time contradiction. But by doing that, back in her timeline, she won't be remembered by none of her current friends since they had never met a girl called Hitomi in said timeline...
That said, there is no posibility for a "happy" ending for both Aoi and Hitomi so I'm wondering what she will do once she returns to her time... I guess it will depend on whether she learned something from this experience or not.

What an awesome episode

The ending of this episode was once again pretty good. This show really feels like a mixed bag of great scenes and boring/unnecessary scenes and episodes.
I guess the last episode is going to have some more drama, then she can finally go back.
I still think the book store guy is Kohaku's husband and Hitomi's grandfather. For a second there it seemed like Hitomi recognized his name, but maybe the reaction was for another reason.

Anime gained much more enjoyability just right for the end.. ;p
Still hoping for some more explanation, why Hitomi was sent back to the past, even risking her life.. If it's still for friendship and stuff, I'll still kinda won't like grandma too much, as I doubt she really had to sent Hitomi back, risking her life, for friendships, changing place.. It can be done in other way.. So hope, more explanation waits, or well, grandma will maybe even be kinda not that good, you know..

So in the end this is one of those stories planned to really leave you feeling sad with it's dramatic tones. It's still a good story even that way, but I still hope for at least a touch-happier finale. If Hitomi just returns alone to the future, having to start and create all of her relationships from zero, her path would by accompanied by an enormous feeling of isolation.

I swear every time Kohaku holds Hitomi's hand it gave me anxiety. It's like you could almost feel how much worried Kohaku was thinking she might just blink away forever.

Asagi is so cute ^^ Too precious

The photos they took together to commemorate the festival were great! Especially liked the last one where they all lined up with the same pose except for Yuito looking the wrong way, that looked fun!

I was expecting Hitomi to return this episode and the next episode will be an epilogue of sorts. I hope we get a confession and a satisfying ending next episode. It's quite sad if you think about how they won't meet until everyone else except Hitomi is old ;-; and that her love with Yuito can never be anything more than what they are now
