| Bro. Didn’t expect foxy to betray him again. Come on now. At least chopper and robin will probably stop them and hopefully that’s the end of them. But some funny moments this episode . Like the Afro and sanji:Usopp. Robin and chopper board game and zoro and sanji fighf |
| And just when I thought I was finally rid of him and his crew, Foxy and his obnoxious lot show up AGAIN. Urghhh...now saying anything about Foxy in general is going to be on the redundant side because I've honestly spent a whole arc going on and on about him. But really we need a couple MORE episodes about him when we have already finished his MAIN ARC anyway? As if I haven't suffered enough. But at the very least I feel like there's a level of restraint here with him and he's not as obnoxious here in this episode at the very least. At first I was annoyed by his presence and wanted nothing to do with him after the crap he had pulled in his main arc. But some other pirate challenge him and it generally looked like he had changed, become humbled as an individual but nope he just backstabs Luffy and his crew for their efforts, obviously having learnt nothing from their previous encounter. OK that was cool that we got to see Afro Luffy again even if it was for a brief moment in the episode and of course Sanji and Usopp are still jive talking. XD But my god Foxy and his now three member crew now are just pretty much the same as they were back in the Davy Back Fight arc. What a brilliant to have an annoying character back for this filler episode. A BRILLIANT idea indeed. But there was also some good in this episode. We actually start off with the Marines this time and we get a glimpse albeit a brief glimpse of a new admiral character of Aokiji peddling on a bicycle across the Grand Line no less, looking for the Straw Hats. The powers that be of the Navy Army are apparently discussing Aokiji at length about him heading off to the Grand Line and thinking this move is reckless. Which tells me he's going to be a new threat to the Straw Hats. So already I'm intrigued about what this Aokiji will do when he finds them. But that's about the only thing worth noting in this episode anyway. Otherwise it's just Foxy being an asshole AGAIN. And me having to deal with his shenanigans AGAIN. Forgive me if I don't feel enthused about the guy who literally wasted my time with his games in the first place. But thank god I won't be spending a lot of time with him and his crew at the very least. Cuz he's pretty much gonna be gone in the next episode anyway so there's that at the very least. |
