Now that I heard that this list is from 2005 it makes more sense that Mahou Sensei Negima! is #4 but it still doesn't make sense, I thought it was pretty bad, especially compared to the source material.

You'll be surprised when it comes to popularity. DEEN's F/SN is a bad adaptation of the source material, but that didn't stop the show from being popular in Japan for its time.

i put it on the same spectrum as anything else would let alone disney movies which have extremly low expectations as of recent years and it still came off as a poor film, hoping big hero is way better which i can tell from the trailers is already a hundred times more creative than frozen was
