| It's definitely there but I think people aren't gonna be as satisfied because of where the manga is heading, it's not bad but it just really hasn't been enjoyable so far. That'd obviously change but who knows when we're even getting out of this arc. |
 @R4vel, I dunno, it might just be me but I genuinely like the turn the story has taken, and despite things going very slowly for a few chapters, I can say without much doubt that so far the non-adapted part of the manga has been overall way more enjoyable than the first. |

| Should be good, but don't see it being much better than the first season. Most of the problems with this anime lies in the manga itself. Hope they get the pacing right this time around, since its slow pace was one of the problems with the first season. Guess they didn't have much choice as that was the only good place to end the anime. |

The second season will have a lot of character development which a lot of people bitch about that titans didn't have. I think the pacing will be better overall as well, plus we will have a balance of titan action, and the the human conflict. The arc may seem boring in the manga, but imagine it being animated with the great ost, plus I don't think they will be adopting 1 chapter at a time, they'll probably adopt 2 chapters per episode which should give it a nice pacing. The first 13 episode will be so good. No arc in the first season can compare to the clash of titan arc imo. The boulder arc and the female titan arc had some bad pacing in it as well. |

Nah, you're probably not hype because its still a lot of time before it actually airs. But I'm certain when s2 trailer is releases around Nov/Dec this year. I'm certain you and everyone else that enjoyed this series will be hype. I'm going to make a bet that the second season will air in spring next year. |

| As time chugs on, I started thinking "Maybe my feelings for SnK have changed, maybe I really was only caught in the moment and overhyped on it." Then I watched the OVAs--BAM BANG BOOM. Holy smokes can this year not end already? |
