| Haruka's arc is very nice. Next episode will be unbelievably good so you better prepare yourselves for it! Let's say this is probably the best Anime ever until they finally make one out of Rewrite (as if lol) |

| Haruka's route seems to moving along rather quickly, even from an anime-only standpoint. Still loved this episode as usual. I can't wait to see what drama can be stirred up with the next one. Is it the final one for Haruka? I think they're trying to make us feel sorry for both of the twins, and they're succeeding in convincing me of such. But they're still not explaining why Kanata is so unnecessarily harsh on Haruka. And oh wow, my first impression |
| heh..so that wasn't bad at all but it feels very different than the VN it's been like 3 months since i read it so i can't really remember it all but dat last scene.. that isn't how it went down right? are we even going see the house and rain bit still?. the plus side is i like the added factor of everyone in LB being involved downside is their dimming down the Drama like a lot ;_; Crazy Haruka where are you! crossing my fingers for next week |

So Futaki shows up with the good chiffon cake pretending to be Haruka. But why does she react strangely when she hear Riki say "last time", and repeat his words, dropping the cake. I feel like the lines and order was a bit screwed up. Why would Futaki be surprised for a few seconds to Riki hearing that? I forget how it went in the VN, can someone help me out? I'm trying to replay it but now I'm getting even more confused, since it's not as clear when Futaki and Haruka switch. .. I think that Futaki made a good cake early on (disguised), then Haruka makes the dry cake, Riki is like "whysodry because it was better last time", Haruka questions Riki's reaction without realizing that Futaki made the previous good cake, and blames the suspicions on the oven, then Haruka makes another good cake, Riki asks for marmalade/blueberry jam next time. Then, Futaki disguised as Haruka brings another Chiffon Cake, and Haruka shows up and threatens to stab Futaki after knocking the cake over. But... I can't really confirm when Haruka is Haruka, so I might be off lol. It was good, but I feel like there should've been a change in the order and number of cake scenes or something, because that line felt extremely out of place... Ugh I'm super confused. Why would Futaki show any reaction to a previous chiffon cake? I thought for a minute that the one next to Riki at the end was actually Haruka when she dropped the plate... but if that were the case, there wouldn't have been the "do you like me?" and devious smile at the end. I don't have any idea where they're going with it, the whole reason why kanata dressed up as haruka in the first place was to try and manipulate riki into stop trying to find out who's father was who's. asking him if he likes her is out of place. and i too was wtfing at why kanata would be suprised at Riki's comment about the cake being better than the previous one. Well, I think that the new focus is going to be that Haruka is still considered to be the useless sister. Futaki being able to bake good chiffon cakes even though egg foods are supposed to be Haruka's products, and Riki enjoying them, are supposed to anger Haruka when Futaki starts to tell her that she shouldn't even exist. I don't quite see where they're going after that. I'd like to see the resolution with the father, because it's making him out to be a crappy guy and they didn't explain the circumstance fully. It might be alright if they wrap it up well, but there was definitely an error at the end of the episode with that scene... I think the directors were thinking of animating that two different ways, and wound up mixing up two ideas without fixing it. I was under the impression that it was Haruka said "Last time?..." , not Kanata. Haruka was already behind Riki when he said that it was better than last time. Kanata dropped the chiffon cake, because she saw Haruka behind him already during that time(either out of shock or just to drop the act) , and then proceeded to act her usual unpleasant facade. That would make sense if the part with "do you like me" and all the time inbetween the events. Ehhh I still don't think it makes sense. Haruka would be standing in awe for like 10 seconds, and it still doesn't make sense why that "last time" line is in there. Maybe if Haruka didn't realize what was going on over at the bench, and just overheard Riki saying "better than last time", reacted out of surprise by saying "last time?" then Futaki saw her, dropped the cake, played with Riki and Haruka's feelings purposely in front of Haruka. Ugh it's still kind of dumb how it was done. |

There were 3 Cake scenes, well 2 and 1 muffin scene. Haruka (Fake) Bakes Muffins for Riki, He says it's good. And wanted Marmalade, Haruka(f) is like nonono Marmalade is bad with cake, which was a strange response Haruka makes cake for everyone, it sucked, (wtf? it wasn't like this last time) Haruka (F) gets confronted by Haruka in the third scene Ok so it was Futaki dressing up as Haruka and asking Riki to stop trying to find out who's really Shou's kid. And there is the whole cake thing |

| they really need to fire the sound director.... they're still doing that thing where they play a song for like 15 seconds and play the rest of the scene quietly only to suddenly start another song and repeat the process. I'm pretty sure quite literally that pretty much anybody who's played the visual novel would make better directors than the current ones. |

| AMAZING episode. An easy 5/5 for me. By the way, the visual novel readers should really stop flaming this anime for not following the visual novel word by word. I mean seriously, this is rated lower than Umineko (which was complete s***) despite being, in my opinion, a possible best romance anime of 2013 alongside Sakurasou no Pet no Kanojo and one of my favorites from fall 2012. |

| Season 2 will probably be called best Yaoi of 2013/2014 if they keep the romance tag in there, and people get to Refrain. Huehuehuehue Jk. I don't see why the romance tag is even in LB anymore, honestly. Because of the system of adaptation they're using, which is excluding a key element of the VN, there will likely not be a single kiss scene in the LB anime. Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

KyoAni resorted to OVAs for Clannad when they were faced with the romance-based routes. But then again, J.C. Staff will probably cut the romance out. |

What I mean there is LB can retain its Romance as a genre on this season(Or to the 2nd season but Rin's arc will take the place). If they plan to make Kururgaya's arc to be an OVA, then this season doesn't have Romance as a genre to begin with. Besides, Kururgaya's story is still the part of LB story so it doesn't make sense if they separate Kururgaya's story either to this season or to the 2nd season. But if they remove the romance in Kurugaya's arc, that would be a whole new story. |
