| Honestly, if you haven't read the manga, it'd feel like they skipped an episode or something. I understand they wanting to have the broadcast order being different from the chronological one, but honestly it's a bad choice considering that most people watching this haven't read the manga. It would have been better that they stick to the chronological order and give us an ending with cliffhangers. At least we'd still anticipate for a second season and I know I'd be happier with it being that way. Nonetheless, it was another good but confusing episode overall. |

| Idk what everyone is confused about. Ogres want to kill Peachboy. Hawthorne is gathering money after the town got fucked which they showed. Introduction of New Ogres. And Now Sally has to make a choice. Which she'll probably just go with her friends and not Mikoto or Sumeragi because thats just how it is. I thought it was an okay episode. Now we'll go back to how the show really starts next week. |

| Really good episode! Really enjoyed it. The achronological airing order doesn't really bother me, I think it's interesting. Aside from missing gaps that they'll show in later episodes, it's pretty easy to understand. It's better to judge this airing order once the season is finished, plus once it's finished you can simply just piece the episodes together chronologically. I am really liking the characters in the show, can't wait to see that ogre boy that likes Meki get clapped by Mikoto lmao. Juselino is adorable, though she seems very dangerous lmao, better be careful Hawthorn. The best choice for Sally would be to choose no one, Mikoto is too radical and Sumeragi is shady as fuck, so the best option for Sally would be herself. Looks like next episode will be how Mikoto and Sally met, really looking forward to that. |

| Wow, this adaptation is pretty terrible, not sure what the director was smoking when coming up with this "great" idea. At least we can watch ep4 next week, thanks to the Chronological Order version... |

We missed a lot of content of what happened in between like Sally's change of clothes, a not so depressed Hawthorn, Karrot being friends with the group despite killing people I'm the last episode, Mikoto and the blonde companion, Sally and Mikoto having a their 3rd reunion(yes third because the anime has not aired the 2nd) and Sally having this goal to keep everyone of all races in Harmony(which from a development standpoint came out of no where because it was not expressed enough yet). This idea of airing out of order was a mistake and director thought he could get away with this by calling them flashbacks, and that it will all work out in the end, but what's the point when people will start to drop it before it gets there? In retrospective, I would wait until all the episodes are aired and then watch them in order or read the manga. The anime can miss me with this mismatch puzzle nonsense. Ah that makes sense then. I was just telling my friend all the points that make episode 3 confusing. Like how is Hawthorn so bubbly when his home just got destroyed? We literally don’t see a second of him being depressed. What does he think? Does he want revenge? Is he just sad? It’s hard to believe he’s just indifferent and only cares about making money to survive. Sally’s new outfit unexplained or shown. Oni girl being so friendly with everyone and seeming to appreciate humans suddenly The masked oni, Ao, having never been seen fighting with Mikoto The girl with Mikoto! Where’s the dog? She’s an ex-oni too? How? When did this happen? So much is missing. This is terrible storytelling. |
| I don't really care about jumbled timeline, since this show doesn't seem to have particularly complicated story but the whole episode I felt like animation quality took a noticeable dip. Addition of pointless loli character doesn't bode well either. Hope it won't end like Mashito no Oto, i. e. solid opening episode just to turn out to be below average crap. |

| one thing I will commend this show on is it's ost, it's really good and really helps set the tones of the scenes where the direction is sometimes lacking |
| in the beginning, i thought we miss something because the desstruction of the town in the last episode is not mentionned and we had directly a tournament. but we had something on it at the end of this episode by Sumeragi Sally is really pretty in her outfit ❤️ |

| Just from casual browsing, I am getting the impression that Western audiences are really disliking that the episodes are being released out of chronological order. Personally, it wasn't a big problem with the first two episodes, but this latest episode is really jarring so I am putting it on hold until I can binge watch it in the proper order. |

| didn't even watch this 'cause of what people are saying about the time jumping. gonna wait until the whole show's done airing and watch the episodes in the order the story's actually supposed to be in instead of the mess this director's going with. |
| I felt like I missed an episode and had to check the episode number. This show is a real mess and leaves me more confused the more I watch it. Lack of backstory for anything is hurting it for me. |

| After last episode's ending, this one starting off on a completely unrelated note was definitely odd. As expected a lot of stuff was skipped. Not everything has to air in a scrambled order, the director should have just kept it the same as the manga 🤦♂️ |

| I’m pretty disappointed in hearing they skipped so much manga content this episode, it did feel a bit odd they barely mentioned the city getting destroyed and how Sally happened to run into Mikoto this soon. I really felt the first two episodes were very solid but this one isn’t looking too good. That aside, I did enjoy the episode, we got insight on the side of the Ogres, and introduced to a lot of new characters. Sumeragi is definitely not to be trusted, hopefully Sally picks Mikoto over him, and Juselino was very cute, reminds me of Rika from Higurashi. |

| I'm utterly confused XD Just when the episode started I was like “What the heck is going on....?” I felt like I skipped 2 episodes or something. So, which episode is it supposed to be chronologically? It would've been better if they at least did an introduction of that sister tagging along with Mikoto. Good that Sally has a change of clothes. This one is better than the previous one. More heart conversation...it's weird if you watch this after Edens Zero.  Imagine this thing actually walked instead of teleporting after saying that 🗿 I can understand most of you all not liking this, I too think this order is messing everything up but I think this is what makes it pretty interesting. It kinda falls under “so badly done that I'm curious how it'll continue” though it's not really badly done, everything is fine in terms of animation and story. They just messed up the sequence of episodes. I think if they went with the correct order it would've been really boring and generic that I might've dropped it. |

| Peach Boy Riverside TV has SHUFFLED timeline order. In D Anime Store site, the series is broadcasted in correct order. My source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AakEwXMxG0 It's not like they TV won't broadcast the missing episodes, but... yeah, this is indeed very confusing. Monogatari series, we can enjoy it even though there are so many inserted stories between previous releases. Princess Principal, the "Case Number" wasn't in order, but the series is still pretty solid and enjoyable as a show. My conclusion: Maybe they wanted to have people visit the site and pay for the correct order, and the target audience is mainly Japanese. |

| Poor Hawthorn. Not even his companions care :D Um, what kind of timeskip are we looking at, here?! They just rescued her and she's already changing that much?!! Kind of sad to see that ogre world seems to basically be: be strong, kill the weak, to the point that nothing else even occurs to them. Actually, I guess not that surprising :P I wonder how the ogre would react if she saw Mikoto again. How ridiculously mouthy and entitled. Eats him out of all his money and thinks he should be grateful for it xD Sister Millia's got some moves :O Lul wat. What, Mikoto is out collecting ogre lolis now.. What the heck is up with these ogre females xD Wow. How quickly he reduced their influence to a fraction of its former strength. They'll be wiped out in short order if they don't figure something out. Interesting gathering of ogres. All grunts with the generic ogre look, with the strongest among them having a unique look. Priest-ish and old sawtooth gentleman. Not just lolis, but shotas, too. Ok, author. I had Sumeragi pegged as the mastermind baddie, but is he actually a good-ish guy?! Either that or it's plots in plots. Yup, he da baddie. Good thing she's the god of masks, or asking strange men to pick her up would be dangerous xD This should be hilarious. Look at this guy over here, flicking and lecturing loli gods. Better be careful, or she's going to make him her pet. Sumeragi, you sick sadist :p Meh, don't pick either. One dude is incredibly shady, and the other has chosen the path of hatred. That's a lose/lose. Well, except for the females he strips of powers and collects :p Weird episode. I feel like they skipped a whole lot of development, and/or are jamming a lot of stuff together. |

| Oh... This is worse than I thought. The time jump is even more jarring than I thought it would be when I heard about it. As if that wasn't bad enough, what's with the CGI NPCs in the arena... And the ogre is suddenly okay with humans, despite hating them last episode, and nothing happening to change their mind... "Let's just completely ignore what happened at the end of the last episode. We'll get back to it... eventually" is what this has turned into. Who tf thought this was a good idea 💀 Oh and it turns out that sister is actually another ogre who lost her powers... So glad we saw that scene right... right? Omg and it's the same with that guy who's working with Sumeragi... They basically spoiled 3 events in this episode that, if you're watching the show in airing order, haven't happened yet... What is this LMAO Whoever thought it was a good idea to mess with the episode order needs to never be allowed to work on anything else ever again. I'm pretty sure the source material isn't like this btw. It tells the story normally, unlike this mess. There was no reason to fuck with the show's timeline like this. This happened because one idiot thought it was a good idea and everyone went along with it. Juselino was the only good thing to come out of this episode. I love the way she asks to be picked up <3 Along with Sally's boobs, but it sure as hell isn't enough to save this mess XD I'm now debating if I should keep watching... It's episode 3, and I dread to think how much worse it's going to get from here... A part of me wants to keep watching just to see where this train wreck goes lol |
