Hi there, sorry for the slow reply! Work gets very busy in the new year. Because of this I've only watched 1 episode each of the two recommendations I got (Elaina and Rascal Does Not Dream) - Gurren Laggann I only started watching because my fiancé insisted, aha. So you're doing better than me for anime progress!

Glad you like Ousama Ranking. I think it's a very special show with an amazing story so it's good to know that you're enjoying it! Humanity has declined is a very brain-off show which is nice to have sometimes, and Re:Creators is very good if you're big on flashy fights (I know not everyone does). Don't feel a need to rush watching them on my account or anything, and obviously if some of them stop being to your taste then J won't be offended if you stop watching :P

Hope your Christmas time was good, and I hope your trip home was pleasant, however far that was, and I hope your new year is going well so far! 🙂

I really liked the characters from this franchise. Time flew by.

Thanks, @Zekkenshin for the recommendations! I watched Starmyu and surprisingly liked it, even if I wasn't hooked on the first few episodes - too many useless conflicts with stupid resolutions - but from the moment the real plot began, it became interesting. In particular, I loved Ootori and Hiragi's relationship and their role in general. They made me cry a few times...
I'll watch Ahiru no Sora (a series I have been eyeing since its release) and Romeo x Juliet for the yearly MAL AWC!

I really wanted to read both manga before writing this, but I'm in a little slump and don't have a desire to read... But I read Rumspringa no Joukei and it was so good! The premise already intrigued me but the execution was top-notch! Theo is so cute and Oz deserves the world. Also, a nice coincidence, I like ballet, so it was a happy addition!
I'll surely read Yuki to Matsu as soon as I feel like reading something!

This year was my first time participating in this event and I enjoyed it a lot, thank you so much to the staff!

For my anime recommendation, thank you to @JhayTeee. I actually, haven't got around to watching the anime of Summer Time Rendering yet, but got half way through the manga first (which -funny enough- I already had in my library but hadn't got throught it yet) and I am enjoying a lot so far! The mystery is excellent and the art is also great. I'm excited to watch the anime adaptation after I finish the manga.

And for my manga recommendation, thank you to @_Exon, I quite enjoyed Home Alone Together. Wooyeon's story was very well portrayed, it's rare it find it portrayed so realisticly and full of emotion!

Thanks so much for the thoughtful recommendation! Golden Time has been on my PTW for quite some time now, and your gift finally pushed me to start watching it. And it was so interesting that I finished all 24 episodes of it in a single sitting! It was a good romance series, and it was great to see the character development of good but imperfect characters like Kouko, Banri and Linda. The amnesia plot was also very well played. Kouko is one of my favourite romcom MCs now (not Banri though). Thanks again for the gift, and let's connect again sometime to discuss more anime!

As you may have noticed from my long long Plan to Watch list that I haven’t been watching any anime lately. I was afraid it might be a bit challenging for my Secret Santa, but you've completely proven me wrong. I absolutely love the mystery and sci-fi genres, so I have no doubt that I'll thoroughly enjoy Trigun and Hyouka as well.
Thank you for recommending Kingdom as well. I don't remember when I added that to my PTW list and there was a high chance I would have not watched it. Additionally, I plan to resume watching Mob Psycho 100 and start Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 sometime later.

I never dared to look at it, you gave me the push.
Looking at it, I was like: Was this on TV? The Japanese are sick in the head (Well, like me XD)

I havent seen a romance anime in a long time and i gotta say i am happy that i watched this. It kept me on my tippy toes the whole time not knowing what will happen. And the ending was amazing.
