I think that this show is starting to grow on me, as I enjoyed this episode a bit more than the first two. I'm still waiting for the "character driven" -part that was promised though. It's definitely not going to surpass Gurren Lagann, but I think that this'll be an enjoyable ride nevertheless. PS. Also, if anyone were to die, it would probably be Ryoko's friend, Mako. Or that's what I certainly hope. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Most epic episode from the most epic anime of fall season. The show is really detailed. As what others said, it feels like watching the finale but it will gonna be more epic once it arrives there. Satsuki's transformation kinda made me a boner. I like Ryuko's fighting spirit. I was hoping she'll suffer her first defeat on Satsuki's hands but yeah she gave a big F U to Satsuki before ending the episode. The fanservice was expected although considering the nature of the show, it's very hilarious especially Mako's speech. I nearly died from laughter there. The OST was also good. It fits the fight actually. Also, the implosion from the fight was funny to the point it dragged everyone back. LOL Oh i forgot, Ryuko's wings kinda reminded me of Destiny's Wings of Light. |

| They rushed the transformation way too early. They should of started the fight and then build up the suspense a bit more. Now I have no idea what else their going to add to keep the excitement. |

| Best episode until now since we had some nice fight between two god-ropes and lots of delicious fanservice. I'm especially glad for Satsuki fanservice since it was like a hidden treasure for us until now, lol. After three episodes i'll also have to say i like the voice actors for the two girls. Their voices fit them so well. Btw this show answered to all the prudes trying to appear serious by making comments of how they supposedly dislike the fanservice element in this show. Shame like that is for losers!! Satsuki said so. Now go fuck yourselves and your stupid feminist ideals your mothers and society taught you!! It's a crazy over the top cartoony show morons, how the hell is fanservice gonna ruin it? Is gonna take away the serious realistic atmosphere the show doesn't have? Is only making it better, so shut the hell up! Fanservicei this show isn't even something to be tolerated or just be ok with, it actually makes it better. As such it's no surprise that her servants are literally blinded by her aura even when she undresses herself completely. So far this show has been pretty blatant with its Third Reich analogies and it really isn't hard to see what it applies to: The pursuit of World Dominance on the Student Council's side along with unethical human experimentation. The aforementioned theme of purity is also applicable in this instance. Not unlike how the Nazi government claimed purity for itself Satsuki's definition of purity is pretty twisted taking all her actions into account. While her motifs and ambitions are genuine and clear as day to see there is absolutely nothing "pure" regarding her way of governing and treatment of the powerless. Although what you say is clearly portrayed i doubt Satsuki is the real villain of this show and what you just said will be developed to the extreme. I mostly think it will actually later be thrown under the rug. |
