It's funny that you mention Gilgamesh an unmemorable because I have seen many (hundreds perhaps) series and movies and yet I still wonder about Gilgamesh. I remember the art was unique. The thick black outline was very uncommon for that timeframe. The sibling closness was a little creeepy...but not profound. But regardless of the plot...of which pleanty of twists and turns happen...it certainly did not capture my imagination. In fact...it completely disolved. I have no remembrence of anything concerning this series. Other then the thick outline of easch character!!

good review of elfen lied

I'd say your review for Elfen Lied is pretty accurate especially the Chi comment. And, I just don't get why they did that. Lucy herself seems like a pretty interesting character, so her lack of scenes really hurt the series I think.
