| Nisekoi got shafted oh yes. As a SHAFT (mainly Monogatari series) fanboy, I love the art. Looking forward to the adaptation of the following chapters. | Great adaptation so far. As the manga is full of different angles and facial expressions, I think Shaft's animation/direction suits it well. The art/character designs are much better in the manga, but they still captured the overall style. Definitely gonna keep watching, and I hope it does well and it goes for a while, following the manga, as the story keeps getting better. KanaHana + Onodera=Pure Win!! Urahara Out!! |

| Lol this used every cliche in the book. Still, it was fun. I'll be sticking around to see where it goes. Also, SHAFT''s style is as strange as ever, not that that's a bad thing. They did tone down on what they usually do. |

Ichikas are an exception, as you rarely see an Ichika in any other harem or romance series. |

| Holy crap Shaft. I seriously didn't expect Nisekoi to have the full Shaft style animation. But man, that was an awesome adaptation. I was grinning whole episode because of the way Shaft adapted the manga. The animation couldn't be more Shaft-like. Art and character design was also right on the spot! Also the OST! Such awesomeness. Plus ClariS <3 It'll take a while before I can get use to Touyama Nao's voice as Chitoge. Her performance was ok though. Can't wait to see Marika!!! I just hope this would be two cour because the romance progression is quite slow in the manga. |

I know I'm ignorant when it comes to this anime because I haven't read the manga, but I honestly just want him to pick ANYONE but the token, dime-a-dozen tsundere weirdo chick we get in nearly every romance series. |

Her voice is great but does that make any difference? Solely basing it on the voice, Nadeko should be better than Senjougahara because she's voiced by HanaKana, yet they are world apart. | Good animation? Pffft. Childhood promise, running with toast to school, mutual bad start hate introduction, exaggerated ricket legs, super over the top simply epic reactions, blonde wins in the end, etc. Truly the best and most original anime ever. Ranked too low, deserves top #50 at least. |
| I don't understand why so many people complain this adaptation is cliche when the manga is cliche too, there are some series who rely on cliches to entertain. Cliche is a way of telling a story, and for Nisekoi, it fits right on the spot. If you hate cliches with passion, why complain that Nisekoi has cliches when they are an integral part of the story? |

The way the events unfold and the characters make the difference. Nisekoi may not be a masterpiece, but it certainly isn't bad. |

Without getting into too many details, simply rewatch the OP song, there's a scene with two keys and one locket. That should ring a bell. Even in the manga we still don't know. |

| It was good, but It's pretty easy to guess what happens in this show; even without reading the manga. A bit cliche, but I like cliche romance shows. |

| well, i don't know. i haven't read the manga, so i can just talk about the first episode and my first impression, but this was just purely average for me. average character design, average characters, average animation, i didn't even notice any outstanding music. and the love triangle between the mc, the childhood/old friend and the new girl is something i always find annoying. maybe people wouldn't be so overwhelmed by it if the manga wasn't that popular? i'm not going to judge anyone who's happy that their favorite manga has an adaption now, but i wonder if the reactions were different... i hope i'll get into that show during the next episodes because otherwise i would feel really left out when everyone's around me excited about that show and i don't understand why. |
| This was one of the shows I was looking forward to and I have to say that it has so far been very good!!! I see that Shaft has done a very job with this and the OST fits quite nicely. Being a manga reader for this, I was curious to see who would voice the characters and I would say I was impressed. The episode was enjoyable and that ending was absolutely priceless. ClariS singing the OP was also brilliant so I can't wait for the album to be released. 5/5 |

There are anime's where the shaft treatment works, and then there are those that don't. It's not about liking or hating the Shaft treatment, per say, but rather whether it's suitable for the particular anime. Monogatari was a masterpiece in my eyes because of the Shaft treatment, but that doesn't mean that anime's like Tora-Dora, Chuunibyou or Oreimo getting a similar treatment would immediately make it good. Its all about fit. I personally thought that the animation of the characters and nearly all the seiyuu's were spot on, but given a straight-line rom-com where the setting does not skip all over the place all the time, I just don't find the Shaft treatment fitting with how the manga actually flows. I mean it may have worked in the first episode (for the "N"th time meeting with Chitoge portion), but that sort of scene just doesn't happen that often in the manga at all. More often than not, the scenes follow the previously mentioned rom-com routes.... That said, as a fan of the manga, I'll reserve judgement until more episodes come out to see how they portray the story, specially when half the entire episode is set in one particular place. |

| Not bad for the first episode. Cliched but it still got me hooked. I really, really hope that Chitoge isn't the one who made promise with MC. There are plenty of shows with MC/tsundere pairings, i am tired of that. And I want HanaKana (her chara ofc) for once in the lifetime to get a BF in the end (marriage? that would be cool too). She just got dumped a lot recently (OreImo, Monogatari), it's painful to watch. There is no justice in the world... Food for thought: there 2 keys and 1 locket that can be seen in the ED. I wonder if there were 2 promises between 2 different pairs, and it just so happened that girls with keys met 1 boy with a locket. Where is the other guy then? =) |
| I didn't expect anything from this, but i have to say that i really liked that first episode, the animation was AWESOME. This is the first romance anime i'm interested in since Tonari no kaibutsu kun. |
| Manga 10/10, but what the shaft did with that cries to heaven for vengeance. The first ep complete failure, and just waiting for this title for a few weeks, but anime do not live up to the manga heels. Those who read the manga know why so low estimate what shaft did with such a nice material for a nice light and funny anime. sorry for my broken english |

| Finally it's here! It was a great starting episode, I wasn't disappointed at all. People are complaining about the animation style but I find it's pretty interesting. Can't wait until the next episode. |

I hope that raku won't be like Ichika of IS, too young too dumb to realize.. Oh well, gotta watch this whole series and see how those 3 will manage their romance.. |
