| Jokes were awful in the dub. Could have been a decent dub if they didn't ruin it with LOL SO RANDUMB XDDD lines. Americans should leave comedy for other countries to handle. In regards to the actual episode, it was fine. Nothing amazing and it was certainly overhyped. Then again, Cowboy Bebop started off weak and got better. Hopefully this will do the same. |

| Funky or maybe I should say Dandy ;) OP, to bad Toonami had to cut it for time issues :/ The subs changed it... in the first half preview Dandy said "It starts with an A" and Honey replied "An ass" :/ Strange ED Meh the dub and original are about equal in my opinion now that I've watched it both ways. |

| That was a good first episode and the dub was done well. This has great potential and was pretty funny. Wouldn't mind going to a breastaurant sometime in my life. |

| A pretty enjoyable first episode, the animation was great and it had a few laughs as well. Dandy is an ass man, I approve! I watched the Japanese version with subs and I'll probably check out the English dub for curiosity's sake but I can't imagine anyone other than Suwabe voicing Dandy, he was perfect. I'm probably going to be sticking around 'til the end for this show. |

| A kind of funky mixture between Outlaw Star and Inferno Cop with a big budget and a loud color palette. I'm sure it's going to have it's fans and lot of detractors too. I agree with Dandy on the as* vs. oppai debate too. Anime caters all too much to oppai lovers nowadays. I will never understand why people rate a series one episode in. How can you judge a whole by a small number of it's parts? The system should only allow a rating after a certain number of episodes watched. |

| That was amazing! I loved the visuals and the music. Dandy so dandy that you can't help but like him. The animation was so fast paced, colorful yet easy to keep up with. 5/5 |

| I'm a huge Cowboy Bebop fan and when I heard that Shinichiro Watanabe and Yoko Kanno were collaborating on a new show set in space I got really excited. I originally watched the sub and then watched the dub afterwards. Both versions have their pros and cons but I'm leaning towards the dub in this instance. Generally I thought the dub nailed the punchlines better. I don't quite know why one of the lines in the dub was changed to "You're an Asteroid Belt?" though. The ED getting chopped in the dub was disappointing. It was a solid opener, had a few laughs. I'm hoping it's going to grow on me as the season progresses. |

| Very nice animation and I really liked the OP. The comedy, though, was pretty weak with only some funny moments. Oh well, hope it gets better in the next episodes :P |

| Awesome first episode. The last few minutes were pretty epic with them trying to run from the monsters, some crazy stuff right there. Since they apparently died at the end I'm guessing this is going to be an episodic anime. |
