jeez, what a brat. if only Kafka can show off his true powers, then she'll be schooled. but hopefully her keen sense of smell is only picking up the kaiju scent he has lingering on him because of his line of work and not because of what he became.

Pathetic filler type content of another shounen trash with unoriginal themes, forgetable characters, mediocre soundtrack and the worst clifhanger type content in every episode with 0 progress or character development.

I'd rather watch paint dry than watch another episode of this flaming heap

This felt a lot quicker than I expected, and to be honest maybe it was too soon for me to predict that both Kafka and Mina will either fight or see each other. It was definitely heartwarming to see that even though kafka was shown as a threat because he became a kaiju, the girl that first saw him as a threat realize he was one of the good kaijus. She might’ve noticed that once he revealed his actual face for like a split second. Even though he is powerful without even joining the force, he still wants to join the force like chainsaw, man but more or less keeping it as a secret. Also seeing how petty Kikoru is about the car being in the way, the audacity for her to just throw it to the side like nothing is a real jerk move, so obviously portraying that character pretty well and if I have to guess there’s probably history with her name and maybe arrival her and Kafka.

NOTE: I’m not gonna lie even though I don’t want any casualties to die on screen, I’ve gotten way too used to shows that actually show deaths. Not saying that the show won’t surprise me, because it already has, but I guess I’ll get more intense as it goes who knows.

I like the op and end though I like the end more. I will say the end song kind of reminds me something you would hear in a pixar movie end credits which isint a knock against it. That was one hell of a uppercut Kafka gave and its good they found cover or else the little girl would be traumatized more covered in blood. I guess this is going the route of hiding his superpowers instead of everyone finding out immediately which aint bad as we can have some funny moments with that. Its only the second episode and I really dig the friendship between kafka and ichikawa they really seem like true bros. I'm happy they didn't go the route of ichikawa being an annoying douche most of the time like say the bakugo and deku "friendship" in MHA.

i haven't really decided where i'm at with this one yet. i've been in a rut so i just clicked here since it was trending even though i usually try to avoid unfinished series.

i didn't read anything about the show before i clicked on it, so i was expecting more of 86 vibes and this is definitely not that. i can't get a read on kafka's character - is he genuinely goofy/silly like that or is it a mask for how he really feels?

i'll keep watching for now though.

they said he gave up in 1st ep, but here they say he applies every year.. it just doesnt add up... my OCD kicking in aaahhhghh
bit disappointed to learn that he is 5y older than her, no offense but I am usually not comfortable with age gaps

and the positives.. that punch felt soo good
also glad that he didnt shapeshift around that girl, it could be plot convinience but I would like to assume he has good control over his transformation by now and he just like making fun of his junior

Yay we get a power showcase this episode. Kafka's new Kaiju form is wacky. And I mean wacky in the sense that he has to piss out the area where his nipples are and has...demons inside him? The dynamic that's going to be caused now that he is in the defense Force is wild.
