| Staircase finally subbed it, but the torrent got deleted at nyaa so I don't know how watch the subbed episode now. Luckily I downloaded the ep before it got deleted. The first 30 secs were deleted because of a very shitty raw and for the rest its 360p. Not a good quality, but I didn't bother. The episode self was awesome. It was nice to learn more about Ken. I didn't notice the changes n the seiyu, because I watched the first season like 1 or 2 years ago. I hope the rest of the reason will include more Minase. She's awesome. |

| Though I will miss the seiyuu for Mafuyu and Chizuru, I'm just happy that Seitokai no Ichizon finally got a season 2! And they said that it wouldn't get one! Ha! |

| Seems like this will be just as good or better than the first season so far. I haven't really noticed a difference in the seiyuu, and only watching streams has accustomed me to sub-optimal quality :D Nasty001 said: I really hate the checkered pants that the guys were wearing. |

| i thought this one was an ona and not the tv series. great prequel, just like what the authors of this series would think like. its just not the same without mafuyu and chizuru |

| Ken is the type of character we should all strive to be. I kinda liked Mafuyu's new voice although it will take some time to get used to as well as Chizuru's. |
| Man, totally loved this ep, even though it's only the prequel. I swear, I got chills up my spine with those scenes of Ken + the Seitokai gang. And Minase is a really funny character. I really don't have any qualms with the changes of VAs to be honest, although the artstyle will need some getting used to. |

| Mafuyu sounds slightly different but I really couldn't tell the difference with Chizuru. |

| Mafuyu's new voice isn't THAT bad since it's a bit similar..but...Chizuru's...I can't...it just doesn't fit her. The calmer voice that she had before was perfect for her. This one is just...it;s too...I can't even explain it. It's just not her. At all. |

| Finally this episode is out in good quality...and it makes a big difference! This episode was great, Sugisaki is such a great character and when he got 1st place I even got a bit teary. I love this show. |
| I'm glad Crunchy finally picked this one up. Now I can actually watch it. Anyway, I enjoyed episode 00 a lot. While I wasn't the biggest fan of Seitokai no Ichizon, it certainly had its moments. |

| Almost like a recap episode, I cant really discern the differences in the VA's or art either from the previous season. Probably because I watched it a long time ago. Still it was pretty nice. |

| I thought they would focus more on how the student council girls helped Ken... rather than the 30 sec at the end of the flashback... :( It really isn't as good without those crazy girls. At least the last few minutes coming up with a name for their new anime was amusing. |

| I feel jipped because there is no page for this episode. I want my credit for watching episode 00! All in all it was nice to see how Ken became the guy he is in the present. I don't like Ichizon that much but it was nice to see how the character developed. |

| I like how they started this one with Ken's backstory.. It's good to learn more about him.. Oh and they end this EP with breaking the 4th wall lol.. I hope I enjoy this season like the 1st :) |
