| Episode 6 has been delayed by a week. Great. I wonder if animators can take advantage of these gaps and polish the upcoming episodes. Looks like Akira was weird since he was a child. But I guess calling him goofball would be more accurate as kids are like that. But he is a bit weird as an adult now. But his heart seems to be in the right place. He didn't need to save those people as a "superhero" but he did. And I hope he keeps that shark-proof diving suit around. It could be very useful. Yay. Akira finally exchanged contact info with Shizuka! Tbh, I don't like her now that she's pretty selfish. But I'm assuming she's gonna change later. |
| Oof miss risk management killed Akira there lol, poor guy. Akira still went and saved her like a real hero. All the hero talk sure reminded me of Deku. Nice teamwork from Shizuka and Akira, they beat the zombie shark. Animation was really good. Btw Akira was smooth at the end there. Shizuka blushing was cute. Unfortunately she didn't join them but atleast he got her line. |

| That episode really leaned into the goofy fun side and really stood out. That was really entertaining one of the standout episodes so far. It looked great also so I do not mind the gap weeks as it is obvious they put a lot of effort into making each episode. |

| I'm loving how goofy and over-the-top this show can be sometimes and how it just embraces that lol. This week we see Akira fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a superhero, even going out of his way to get himself a suit. Even Shizuka makes a return although she's still cold toward Akira at first. Their teamwork to take out the zombie shark was great, and not only was that sequence intense but it was animated really well too. This show has been doing great in that department. Kencho flashing the shark though LMAOOO this dude kills me 💀💀 I thought Shizuka would join them but she sticks to being the lone wolf type. At least she's a little more friendly to Akira and finally exchanged contact info with him. I'm already looking forward to seeing her again. |

| visuals still top tier. had a whole one piece type clash with the shark lmao impact frames and everything, not sure if that scene went dim only for me though. action was cool, somethings are kinda off putting for me but still decent overall and some more shizuka screentime. shame it's a break week again next week though. |

| A childhood dream of being a superhero, tested to the limit by a zombie shark with legs... I'm sure many of us as a kid were inspired by superhero movies so much that we wanted to be one, and for Akira, it was yet another goal on his bucket list, so he dressed up in a suit that was seemingly immune to zombie bites, which should prove useful for later on. We also got to see Shizuka again, and she always makes such a nice impression every time she's on screen. Great to see Akira and her team up against a ridiculous looking shark, and I laughed pretty hard when Kencho decided to get the shark's attention by shaking his behind. Sadly, we'll be faced with yet another delay next week, due to the 2023 World Athletics Championships. Might be a blessing in disguise to the production team though, since they get an extra week to keep up this solid quality that this anime has. |
| That silly ass hero outfit made me laugh, poor Akira feeling the bite of 87 after he rescued the survivors of a medium sized group. MISS RISK MANAGEMENT LADY IS BACK, oh my goodness she cut down on Akira and gave him a reality check. Proud of Akira for willingly going back to save her with the duo being successful in defeating the Great Zombie Shark. Speaking of which, what in the holy modern day fuckery is THAT? I wonder how that other group will handle themselves, though they probably won’t last long if they freak out like during the bus with a single zombie. AKIRA WAY TO GO, he got her contact info and name! Shizuka Mikazuki! I hope we get to see her more often and soon join our boys, I really like her. I’ll still wait for Beatrix though… I’m loving this anime so far, this is what I need for my Sunday morning: a silly and goofy over-the-top show. Leaving off with inspiration of Akira’s thunder punch, have a super Sunday everyone :) |

I am also wondering the same thing. Watching on YT the action scenes seemed OK but quality being limited to 720p, the video was not sharp. That's why, I downloaded the episode for this scene, still it seems too dark for this scene. |

| I could be wrong with my answer here, but I'm guessing that since it airs on Japanese T.V, they have to tone down the brightness of some scenes that might have too many bright flashes. It's not the first time this has happened, as some shows had this happen during their scenes or in OP animations (Boruto had this happen to its OP animation back last year, for example). The same seems to apply for the episodes that we watch online as well. I do think this gets removed for Blu-Ray releases, but again, I can't 100% confirm that since this is me simply guessing. ^^; For the episode itself, it was certainly worth an extra week's wait for it! Shizuka makes her appearance again and she showcases how much of an over-analyst she is when she criticised Akira's superhero antics when he and Kencho helped the busload of passengers to take shelter in the aquarium. However, they had to deal with a zombified shark, with three pairs of human legs sticking out, which terrorised everyone inside. Despite being unimpressed with him earlier, Akira leapt to help Shizuka in her time of need and, with Kencho's exhibitionist assist which had me laughing, both Akira and Shizuka worked well in taking down the shark. I must say, the animation for the fight against the shark was simply amazing and how Akira went with a (corny named) punch felt reminiscent to Deku from My Hero Academia was a great way to finish the fight itself. I'm glad that Shizuka was kind enough to give him her contact details, so I do hope it won't be long before we see her again! =D While it's a bit unfortunate that the next episode got delayed due to a sporting event, with how this episode turned out, I'm sure that the animators will use this extra time to keep the quality of the series as best as it can be, which is a good thing. |

| She so fine man wtf “Crackle thunder punch” can’t lie, I had chills. That entire fight sequence was a work of pure art. I can forgive delays when you respond with stuff like this. Better hero anime than Heroaca lol. Start to finish an enthralling and engaing episode. The fact Akira legitimately went out and made a superhero costume and then saved Shizuka and several others is extremely commendable considering where he was just a few episodes ago. Dead end job, no hope, and now he’s deku 😂 The school girl who pushed Shizuka down was annoying me the entire episode as well. As soon as we saw her on the bus at the start of the ep screaming I knew she was going to be a bitch lol. But in a way she kind of helped out Akira since it gave him a way to show off. He’s getting smoother with his pickup lines too. Even Shizuka who’s normally calm and collected folded when he put the rizz on today. It’s almost like you get better at everything in life when you just adopt a “fuck it idc” mindset. No fear of failure. Amazing ep |
