| I personally loved how nonchalantly Gil extracted Ilya's heart and walked away, I don't know what you guys wanted from that scene (besides MONOLOGUES). It probably works better when viewed directly after last episode. Mod Edit: Removed unnecessary comment about thread |

The only real problem withheart Rip I have is how rushed it was and how it lacked any sort of Shirou perspective as what Shirou feels in that scene is damn important for his characterization. | What are you guys even talking about, Gil ripping out illya's heart in the VN wasn't shocking to me at all, it felt exactly like this, something that just happens. It's not like a VN reader at that point wouldn't understand Gil was capable of something like that, it's perfectly in line with his character. Meanwhile as a vn reader I totally disagree with Fai's comments this episode, the last episode I started to sort of agree with his points but today's is obvious salt-bias, the pacing is perfectly fine and the MOOD WHIPLASH is ALSO IN THE VN. if you consider the fact that the VN is a book then the pacing between serious and comedy is basically exactly the same, but people living in a world of salt cant' see that. |

To be honest, this episode didn't feel rushed at all to me. Maybe they could've showed everyone deciding to go to the church at night time and walking towards the location, but that's about it imo. It's not like something important was left out, it's just the progression from one scene to the other that could've been smoother. |

| Really loved the dialogue in this episode...Giving more depth to Shirou, Rin, Caster, Lancer, Gil and Kazuki But the best part of the episode was easily the Lancer bits..Everything about that scene was just perfect xD Great episode |
