| His father was still alive in the end but he didn't turn out to be the killer. I knew that butler was suspicious. Grandma Kambe is the real mastermind :d Ah, I'm going to miss the show. Daisuke and Haru are an amazing duo. 8/10 for the anime. |

| I knew it was the grandma all along. They tried so hard to make it seem like it was the dad that killed Daisuke's mom. I was not surprised at this point too. Lol, all this time the director was only an acting director. xD I would give this anime 7/10. I feel like this anime has potential but the ending does feel flat overall. Poor Haru at the end... hahahaa |
| That was a good ending! I really enjoyed it. Overall I was initially disappointed when this switch from episodic cases format to a story about the Kanbe family, but it turned out alright and had some great action scenes. Though I am highly disappointed with the scene where Haru was finally able to shoot a gun in the 10th episode. It was lackluster, not enough feeling for something that has been hindering him for years. Though Daisuke said some cool stuff. This definitely makes for a good buddy cop story. Hopefully if there's a second season it focuses more on that aspect. |

| Well, finally finish it. Daisuke isn't Millionaire Detective, he's more than Trillionaire lol. The first half was basically comedic and solo case solving, and in the later we got what the anime was built for. Mystery thriller were well grind. Loved Haru and Daisuke dynamics. And man, probably the only anime where I didn't skipped the OP and ED. OSTs were nice too. Grandma came out to be the mastermind and butler being an assassin type of something. There were plot holes like, who send that box of goggles to Daisuke at foreign. How was his father alive. And still not much character to Suzue rather than just being a loyal partner to Daisuke. And yeah, after seeing many comments from people who knows about the Novel, anime had changed a lot. Probably the only CloverWorks Studio's anime where they deviated from source material didn't affect the enjoyment much. So no S2 sadly as not enough source left. And in the end, Daisuke being Daisuke, didn't give his hand to pull Haru back, loved that ending, they still redeemed the same dynamics ! |

| The plot was not expected whatsoever and I was here for it! It was a sufficient dose of reality and plot while delivering an ending with closure, leaving us more or less content and excited expecting further content of Haru and Daisuke's detective adventures, though this time without their family involved perhaps ^_^ P.s. in my opinion, the Adollium thing was better off being known cuz it would've been leaked out anyway so better being done so while we could regulate and research further while being cautious since we now know better than to repeat the previously seen hazards...or do we? Anyway, all in all a great show in my eyes, which felt wayyy too short so looking forward to more content on this brilliant piece and whatever else could be there~ |

| I never liked that bitch grandma with how she was obviously protecting her son when she knew (or at least the audience thought) that he was a murderer. Anyway this was a pretty fun series tbh. Some kinda jank episodes like ep 3, but the final arc which was basically half the show was pretty engaging. |
| To be perfectly fair. The grandmother is right, with releasing Adollium to the public being a very bad idea. We all know very well that something that can be used for both good and bad, will always end up being used for both. That's why if it can be avoided completely, it should. |
| And here I was sure Police in a Pod, with it's annoying characters and lack of interesting developments, would be the worst Police show I ever watch. I was not ready for this one. Take the most basic buddy cop plot possible, use every bad trope available (plot armor, plot holes, rushed story but at the same time 3 awful filler episodes) and give it an original twist (the endless cash) to make sure whenever you run into actualy mystery, you can just use tech to instantly solve it. The characters are also beyond "basic", but rather lifeless. Haru has less personality than the average Harem Isekai Mc. Suzue is so much of a plot device written in to make the main story work. As for the positive: This anime showed me you really can mess up detective stories and finally awnsering my question "What would Lycoris Recoil look like it it was trash?". 2/10. |
| had potential but kind of boring and unimpactful overall. at least it was easy to watch once the main story started best episode is still ep3 for me lol, it was better as a crime comedy |
