| Feels refreshing seeing Emilia and Ram in this episode, seems like a while since we've last seen them in the show. Awesome episode, and Julius redeemed himself for me, he went from my most disliked character to one of my liked characters. He's a bro! |

| Since the show likes to subvert and be meta, I was hoping the entire thing with Betelgeuse would get wrapped up anticlimactically. Satella gave him Return by Death which gave him that smell "Love" as betelguese says equal to that of sin archibishop, a high rank in the cult. They think he's one of them, blessed by the witch. He even convinced Betel this ep until he showed he didnt have the gospel |

| The scary Petelgeuse is back, crazy but his dialogues are wonderful :p Relieved that he was killed by Wilhelm. Not sure what the Gospel is about, and how Subaru's gonna decipher it. Also, can't figure out the last scene. Was that some kind of magic spell by Ram? |
| First, let's celebrate beteljuice's death. he must be happy for that. even his brain was trembling. lol. joke aside, It suprised me that actually, the sin arcbishops, the sin of sloth, is actually not only beteljuice but even his army too. so i assume, when he died, one of a person in his army will be taking the leader job. pretty insane imo. lol, and i'm glad that subaru and julius was finally getting closer as a person. not fully tho...but at least bit by bit at time. but...that ending. now, for that ending, obvious it suprised me. there is no way re:zero won't suprise me anymore. but i have two thoughts after saw that ending. first; there is a possibility that ram might be one of the witch cult, sin arcbishops, the sin of sloth. one of beteljuice. i came up with that thought cause, after she appeared, always before the ending song, the title of the episode appeared, and the titile of the episode is; A flash of sloth. and the word "flash", they put pink color, which is ram's hair colo, in that "flash" word. but it still doesn't make any sense imo. i mean, her power. in just a second everyone suddenly disappeared and time felt like it has been frozen. it's not sloth's power, isn't it ? sloth is unseen hand. well, from that point, i got another one minor possibility that sloth might has more than one power, or more than unseen hand. but somehow i kinda doubt that. so moving to the final possibility, that ram might be one of the sin archbishop. other than sloth and pride. envy ? i don't know for sure. next episode will be the answer for that. cause, if you think logicaly again, if ram wanted to meet up with subaru and others, why suddenly all of the people around subaru suddenly disappeared. for what purpose ? and what is the flower which ram was holding ? looks like that was the source of what was causing people disappear. and ram, didn't even look happy at all. seriously, i have got a bad feeling about this. well, there is still another possibility that ram in the end of the episode might be someone else. but...i kinda doubt that. and, i just noticed something. Emilia appeared in this episode. and she said that she was fixing the barrier in the forest. if you think ram as one of the witch cult who have been targeting emilia, it make sense. i bet the barrier purpose is witch cult. but from previous and previous episode where subaru went to the mansion, they easly went into the mansion. where's the barrier then ? i don't know if i'm just overthinking it but it kinda make sense a little bit to me. Ram can easly destroy that barrier from the inside. looking foward to the next episode!!! XD the ending song is still the same but the lyrics have been changed. and i like it a lot xD edit: one more thing, obvious, subaru is one of the arcbishop, sin of pride. because of his return by death ability which is given by satella. |

| Great episode as always! It's also awesome to see best grill Betelgeuse again. I really missed him. Too bad he was killed so easily. But after all, Wilhelm is a boss. Though I am happy that Betelgeuse's fun personality got transferred to that redhead. And I'm so glad that Subaru actually got along with Julius and didn't make himself look like an idiot. But Ram at the end... This show loves its cliffhangers. |

| While watching I was a little confused on why Wilhelm could cut the unseen hands, BUT then it became obvious that the hands became visible when the water was splashed. You can visibly see when they become visible to the normal person. I'm sure there was better exposition for that in the novel. |

| Well Betelgeuse died disappointingly fast...too fast for me to even think he is actually dead. Perhaps he does jump from person to person or something? Now the queestion for Ram is simply...fiend or foe? Julius making up for being a dick earlier, Wilhelm being the same badass geezer.. |

Betelgeuse thinks, he is with them considering the witch scent and is friendly at first, just to get stalled long enough. Witch cult always attacks from behind without anyone noticing, why would that be? They can't really win against an army of knights and someone with superior knowledge. :P |

| Somehow I get the feeling next week's episode is going to be torture to watch. It will either be extremely anticlimactic or extremely heartbreaking (despite the fact that Ram and Emilia are ridiculously shallow characters with no development). |
| I don't really get it. How did Subaru found the witch's cult hideout so easily? Sure, he used the witch's smell to attract the cult's attention, but how did he knew the cult would be in that forest? |

Suabru and co had the advantage vs Cult thanks to his future knowledge, so he should be able to get the drop them rather easily. Subaru's group still took losses though once surprise factor started to wear out. But now with possible revelations there being even more Sloths and possibility that Betelgeuse isn't dead, it's going to be much harder fight. |
| I agree with any of you who mentioning how awesome Betelgeuse. His voice actor has done the job. Betelgeuse is very best, very entertaining character and he is unforgettable self-maniac. Hey, Subaru, it is time to have some RAM! spanking! Hey, then Subaru will get a 'rinse-repeat' again? So, then I hope Betelgeuse will come back alive. This is not slothful ;P |
