| I'm still not getting it. it's like a big puzzle: In every episode happens something wierd and isn't explanined completly (or at all), but in the next happens some other crasy stuff... I hope we'll get the whole picture in the end. |
| I want to know where she is getting all that equipment in her bedroom. Does her dad just happen to have all that lying about in the garage? Anyway, getting interesting, looks like they are going for the whole Transhumanism idea similar to NGE, albeit in her bedroom! |

| Amazing episode, this anime keeps getting interesting. Its awesome how it mixes the parapsychology and the "Internet". I feel I need re-watch it, since there's a lot of content. |

| Lain's sister got messed up! It's awesome, I love this kind of show- every minute of it. It makes me feel smart :D Though I wish they would quit reusing the scene with the Borg standing outside of the window, or at least explain their purpose. They are wasting precious airtime. |
| The water comes from some sort of refreshing system, to cool down the equipments. Anyway, things are getting SUPER INTERESTING! This is the kind of stuff that keeps me glued to the screen, and you can see where the movie Matrix took some of its other ideas. I guess Lain's sister is just a human shell now, her mind/soul/whatever isn't in the "real" world anymore. |

| Lain's system exploded? Well, that shouldn't be such a problem, because she doesn't seem to have any problems getting new hardware! The explosion also wasn't such a big deal I guess, because none of her family members screamed or made any other noise. Lots of questions, few answers and it's so hard to differ reality from the Wired (I'm sure that's exactly what the creators were pursuing when making this anime)! Also, it's been on my mind for a few episodes now, but Knights = Anonymous in a sense... |
A lot of action, but no explanations. Still it's enjoyable. |

| At least now we know those guys with the red eyes aren't necessarily bad guys. Thing is, we don't know if they are good either. Lain was in danger and they didn't tell her she was directly. She was lucky to have left when she did. As for the sister, she is clearly stuck in the wired now. I wasn't so sure last time, but this finally confirms that. We now know that the knights are the possible bad guys of the show. What they are up to with the KIDS program is still up in the air. The first big thing was the giant naked Lain in the clouds. It almost seems that the knights are mocking her and this isn't the first time. There is also the time when she was displayed on the huge monitor. I believe Lain is going to become a badass and take down the knights. I noticed no one else mentioned this, but I can't help but notice that beginning scene when Lain's dad entered her room when she wasn't home. Then the room blows up in the end. Connect the dots and you discover something sinister...or the dad doesn't believe in hitting his kids as punishment for having a messy room lol. Can't wait to finish this and rewatch it again. |

| Bitch, why does Lain even care about the children, what's her motivation. She wasn't shown as anyone righteous before this episode. Just strangely unemotive. I can't tell if this anime is very deep and psychological or just random and nonsensical. She used psychic powers to destroy the FBI person's eye piece before. |

| I was understanding things rather will up to this point, though now they’ve introduced a lot of new strange things. It just keeps getting better, I am surprised by how much I like such a strange anime. Still not entirely sure if there really is just one Lain, I still have the feeling that the one in the Wired is almost somewhat separate - or at least was, they seem to blend together. She’s really getting quite two-faced and sinister. Also, I really found it creepy how her room just turned into a laboratory, with the tubes, water on the ground at all. Her dad must really feel like he screwed up now, by getting her all that stuff--though there is something off about him as well. |
| Hmm, this episode had a lot of content (MORE CONFUSION!!!!) The whole KIDS thing was interesting, about how kids have parapsychological powers and such. (MINDFUCK when i wiki'd it, the first picture looks the same as the guy in this episode, just with glasses http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parapsychology). I'm still not getting why the knights would do this? It seems as though the knights 'wanted' her to know about this, before killing her?? I mean, did they try to kill her because she found out too much? Or that she wasn't listening/agreeing with what they were doing?? because i'm guessing all those kids, and the Kids they are going to get the Psi-stuff from, are going to have fried brains. And yhupp, the sister is gone(mentally, she looked like she was high though XD). I guess what we saw last episode was her 'soul'. Remember how they said that the body is merely just 'there'? I'm guessing the bit inwhich makes her sister, the 'sister', is gone. Honestly don't know why though. And also, the professor didn't seem to have anything to do with the wired; did she friggin tap into his brain??? Either that, or he did actually use the KIDS to 'live longer' :/ Either way, two awesome things happened this episode; the father seems to be clueless, meaning that he's know 'mysterious father' anymore (well, not THAT mysterious :P) AND THE RED-EYE DUDES ARE BACK! AND THEY ARE NOT PART OF KNIGHTS!!!! |

Kids are acting weird around the city, It seems like lain knows nothing about this. We also learn how Lain is one of a few who are able to translate themselves at 100% in the wired. She ask about the subject of "KIDS" to professor Hodgeson in the wired, it seems like someone (Possibly the knights) is reusing the data to recreate the kensington experiment, using children PSI to accumulate psyche power in one point (KIDS). Later on Lain ask for an explanation, but she get no answer, and when she goes outside to see if Karl and Lin are part of the knights, her navi explodes. PS: moe as fuck |
