| There was very limited animation. There were lots of repeated frames. These were some cool parts to the fight, but there sure was a lot of not-fighting in the episode. I look forward to seeing how this fight ends. |

| So far this tournament is much more intense then the last one, 3 really good fights so far. I really hope Roshi can win but I know he probably won't sadly. Looking forward to seeing how this one ends. |

| Animation is notably dated, it doesn't live up. Fortunately the raw intensity of this fight makes up for it. No other fight, as far as I can remember, has been this close. It's a slug fest and it's awesome. I totally get why a lot of peoples favorite character is Roshi. |

| Surprisingly, Goku's analysis were good when it comes to fighting. He knew the entire time that Tien could keep up against Jackie/Roshi. 50 episodes to go! |

| Jackie Chun's performance wasn't good enough. It looks like he is having a real trouble. Even Goku was easier for him last time. This fight may not be much enjoyable but too intensive. I hope things doesn't get brutal. Goku understood Tien. This guy is is stronger and had a big advantage of flying. Last time we saw that Goku imitated all the moves of his opponents and also modified them. But this time this flying stuff looks impossible to imitate. Goku now actually has a challenge for him. After seeing this part of this match I would say Yamcha was lucky that he was able to fight evenly with Tien. This guy is much more. Now it is all up to Goku. |

| The animation was pretty disappointing compared to even previous fights so I'm guessing that they're saving budget for future episodes. I'm guessing that 1. Tien is gonna find a cheap way to win and 2. Roshi will be outed as Jackie-chun |
