| Luffy's tears seemed to take the drama away... I hate the crying scenes; they seem more funny than sad. Other than that, sad episode. If they have beard in their name, they have to be strong. (: Boa luckily gave a happier atmosphere to this episode. Bepo was adorable wondering if there were girl bears for him. Too cute <3 Toriko crossover next week...maybe Luffy will steal some of their precious food (just read the synopsis on the Toriko MAL page) . Not to excited besides seeing the crew again. 5/5 once again...One Piece, you have stolen my heart |

| This must be unbearable for Luffy. Seeing such an exaggerated crying face gets the point across, but I always laugh when seeing a face like that. I was hoping to read Toriko before this special came out, but it'll be enjoyable either way. |
| First time Ace's death seemed legitimately sad. The arc just went on so long that when it happened it was like "Yeah okay whatever", but the way they draw the crying faces actually makes it sadder for me. It just barely breaks the funny barrier but once it does it's pretty sad. But oh GOD I CAN'T WAIT FOR TORIKO. EVER SINCE THAT FIRST EPISODE I'VE WAITED... |

| When Luffy had realized the truth, I cried especially when he said, "Ace is really dead, isn't he?".. I can't stop my tears from falling.. Sad! It makes it even sadder than crying without that kind of face.. I dunno why! =( The background scenes and the music gave an overall feeling of conclusion... *sobs* |

| The emotion was raw as hell in this episode. I don't think "I loved it" is the right way to describe the episode but it was definitely 5/5. |

I still think the Robin backstory is the saddest, and the happysaddest scene is when she finally gets to wish for life, backed up by the epic military marching tune. Man, I've never hated that "To be continued" image as much as when I saw it at the end of that ep. |
| ^nah, it depends.. for example robins past wasnt sad for me.. probably it depends on the mood you are watching.. but the Merry episode was just the most dramatic shit i've ever saw in my whole life.. |

| Hmmmmm so-so episode... nothing really happened, luffy waking up and goes rampaging and boa horning over him. If next week we'll indeed get to see the rest of the crew again, HURRAY, filler or not, I'll take that with gr8 pleasure ! :D |
