Anime Relations: Shirobako

Well, I'm on a super long hiatus and finally back to the very first english forum I have joined--MAL :) And being in the start of a year I come back at the right time where there are lots of events. One of them being the Anime Watching Challenge.

Since I have been longed to be a writer, or at least become comfortable in writing English, I decide to write on episodic review (2~3 episodes) and write a MAL review after finishing each entry on my challenge list. Hopefully there will be a time where I can contribute for MAL Rewrite. Well, it's impossible but it's nice to have a goal after all!

That being said, this is just an entry on rambling... I might as well change my beginning date to today since I'm only free to write today even though I start the challenge 2 days back with Shirobako. Feel free to give any feedback or chit-chat about the anime.

Working everyday is boring yet it is essential to bring some income to the household. That's what most people face in their endless daily working routine. However, if one does not work at all, what will he or she do at home? Watching tv or playing video games all the time are not going to be satisfying after some time. What can be felt is a mixed feeling of guilt and void when everybody else at your age or even younger than you are working. No kidding, that kind of feeling leaves nothing but sour mood lingering all the time. I experienced this for about one month and I barely remembered the joy of levelling up my character in the imaginary world of video games when I could feel the eyes of my neighbour following me whenever I went out. I will never want to have that kind of experience again. Never.
