| Watched the pre screening earlier. 3 episodes along with an directors interview where they talked about their thought process upon brining the manga to life. Episode 1 was an alright start to this season. If there's a thing about the Kito's that's creepier than their looks, then it's their behaviour and practices. The shot of Momo walking in on Okarun and Jiji beat up by a bunch of aliens in loincloth looked just wrong, lol. |

| I also watched the pre-screening at my local theater, and it was a enjoyable experience. I think they adapted the arc pretty well so far and they have some really impressive animation throughout the episodes. Gotta wait for episode 4 to come out to see the closure of this arc though |

| It's nice to see this come back so soon… or at least, I wish that were the case. Truth is, the staff had to rush this out very clearly. Not just because of that early screening last month, but also because they need to finish episodes about a month early for all the dubs. Don’t believe it? Just look at the credits, 14 ADs and 69 second KAs for a, mind you, NON-action episode. I can only imagine how packed episode three's staff list will be once the action starts. But putting the staff stuff aside, this episode doesn’t rely much on visuals anyway, it’s a non-action one, after all. We pick up right where we left off… with Momo in a situation that, well, I’d rather not even describe. Let’s just say it’s worse than what was happening in the first episode of last season. Though, Turbo Granny to the rescue thankfully, great to see she’ll be sticking around for this arc. Definitely not a dry episode in terms of content, that’s for sure. Lots to unpack with the whole Kito family situation and that room we saw at the end of last season. Which ofc, leads to a completely different place where the gang ends up... and gets greeted by this HUGEEE serpent. Something’s clearly off in that room, and the fact that Okarun and Momo go down almost immediately kind of proves it. A fine enough return, just setting the stage for the real stuff coming in the next few episodes. As for the OP, while I think the song is weaker, the second half visually blows the first away. The SBs are a bit weaker at the start compared to the last one though. The ED is just dumb fun, and honestly, I might prefer it over the OP. Even more impressive knowing it was all done by a single person. Solid stuff all around on the OP and ED this season! |

| New opening is already catchy, not as catchy as the first but that's such a high bar to beat. Very good episode, fight scene between old woman and momo was beautiful and studio SARU never dissappoints. Felt more like a second cour than a whole new season but that don't matter cuz dandadan is back |

| This doesn’t even seem like the first episode of some second season lol. More like something, where the stuff has just happened last week, and this is just continuing on from there. Though works I guess, I mean not like the first season came ages ago and now they need to go over the stuff covered. That aside, Neymar left PSG ages ago(though the guy looks like Messi xD).  This Kito family arc is something else, I remember, and I mean we can already see how abnormal the stuff would be going forward, right? Still usual by the standards of this series. This will pick up, but man, that was a weak OP. The only gripe I have. |

| Great to see this anime back and right off the bat, Momo is already kicking some ass. It never gets old to watch her in action. I see this season so far still has its similar tones and gags. Great to see other characters and it looks like that room from the episode will need more unfolding. It's only the first episode but this one is still highly entertaining with how crazy it's been. The theme songs are catchy, although I still think the first OP theme song is the best. This season is a 1-cour but bring on more! |

| Dandadan is back and there are references everywhere. I liked the homage to the Buster Keaton hole through the house gag so Momo could escape the onsen. The OP is alright but we knew it would never beat Otonoke. I expect things to really heat up next episode. |

| Great! You don't feel the time discrepancy between the two seasons at all, and the narrative has a very fast pace with lots of action and beautiful animations. The quality of the drawings is more than good, but I don't like the opening and ending musically. Oh well! |

| DANDADAN YES. Already such a good episode. I love the OP and the ED already but I think I like the OP slightly more than the ED. I really do not like the Kito family at all, especially "Mom" as the other Kito family members call her. She can fight well for her age. Not too much stuff has been revealed about that worm but we will get more information about it next episode. And speaking about next episode, were going to see Evil Eye and I can tell, it's going to be an amazing episode. 5/5 |

We're right back where we left off, with Momo kicking ass versus both the rape-gators from last season and what can only be described as the granny mafia. Okarun and Jiji are much better here than I remember them being last season. Turns out that the clown can get serious, after all. Great visuals as always, especially the worm and the underground city. I've been looking forward to this. |

| Mangaka Yukinobu Tatsu's Dandadan is back from last Fall, and better than ever. AiNA THE END's Season 2 OP may not compare well with how Creepy Nuts nailed Season 1's OP to global fanfare, but it's still a good OP on its own and with its own flare too. Welp, Momo finding herself in quite the provocative situation once again in the hot springs, and Turbo Granny being there was a blessing in disguise, quite literally. That said, continuing onto the Cursed House arc from Season 1's leftovers, which is giving Jiji quite the trouble against his landlord of the the Kito Family's group of hags and the pervertic group of men, whose perception are quite the sharp ones. Even Okarun can't escape the hellhole, as well as Momo, who finds herself in quite the battle against the family, who's been giiving offerings to the Great Serpent Lord for 200 years of peace. And to think that the current house where the young-uns are living now, is the exact place of sacrifice, Momo and Turbo Granny are in trouble unless the guys can do something about it, which they find themselves buried under the quicksand, and right into the heart of the Great Serpent Lord itself. Yelp, even the Mongolian Death earthworm UMA preface is strong for Okarun's knowledge, but to defeat it is quite the tall order for the trio, and to make matters worse, Okarun evolving at the wrong time, what will happen to Jiji? WurtS's ED is good, and fun at the same time as well. A return to form for the wackiness that is Dandadan, and it's only going to get weirder from here on out. |

| Getting right back into it. That living room fight with Momo was so fun. The head-grab-into-knee was very funny and painful-looking, and the grandma's Jennifer Lopez Anaconda martial arts was pleasing and well-animated. Not a fan of the creepy way the bad guys come after Momo... I guess it successfully made them look repulsive. |

| Good to see my lovely idiots back. It's twice Momo was about to get SAed in first episode of a season. It's funny when penis chasing aliens do it not so here. That entire family except being lowlifes the constant attempt to rape Momo was way too disgusting. Thanks turbo baba and good they got eaten (or not?). That baba was cool though with Jenifer Lopez Anaconda or whatever. Momo as always carries the team..  Good mirror shot from very first shot of anime. That shirne lore and dude was fun obviously whole thing was tease for actuality, fucking gobi desert earthworm in middle of an island, god knows how. Jiji's parents are ill tho if I remember correctly so ther aren't sacrificed ig. How that evil eye will come into equation will be interesting. Heard this arc great and sad. Can't wait so good to be back.. OP is major downgrade for me just not as catchy visuals ain't that bad meh song. ED on the other hand major upgrade. I disliked the dancing cat sk this was colorful and cute. Can't wait to see my girl Aira after getting out of this hellhole.. |

| He's finally back! I really missed Dandadan and all the wild chaos surrounding his characters. He picked up right where he left off, and wow, that situation definitely lends itself to a whole doujinshi mess that I'd rather not think about. Honestly, I thought the Kito family were going to be aliens or some kind of paranormal beings, but nope, just very pale skinned humans, maybe from the hot springs? In any case, they were very unpleasant, especially the whole Momo thing. It was so uncomfortable to watch. At least they were devoured by the Kuragari? although judging by the preview for the next episode, that may not be the end of it. It was a super fun episode, and I can't wait to see what happens next. The new OP isn't as crazy as the last one, but it's not bad at all.And the ED? Absolutely amazing, both musically and visually, it surpasses the previous one. The craziness, absurdity and delightfully awkward moments live on in this season. I'm definitely going to enjoy the ride. |

| Creepy Nuts OP from last season was gonna be a tough one to follow up on so it’s not surprising that this OP doesn’t seem as good. I like it, it’s just not as good as Otonoke was. It’s good to have Dandadan back, time for another few months of all of this supernatural wackiness being brought to life. Right off the bat Science Saru has worked their magic again so I know we’re gonna be in for a treat going forward. |
