| Welp, I tried reading this last 5 chapters after being told by a buddy it was the moment, now I finally do not care sh*t about this pathetic excuse of a moneygrab by the author. |
| Honestly I think it would be better if Kazuya gets with Ruka, Mami or Mini at this point. If the author wants to make this series good have him get depressed about this, grow as a character, and then date another chick. Then if he wants to have Kaz hook up with her have him date another chick timeskip then have them do it in the future. As of right now this is the worst chapter in the series worse than the Hawaii chapters. However if the author can turn this rejection into something that is bigger in the grand scheme than it will work. The problem with this series is the pacing. This whole date took so many god damn chapters. The investigation mixed with the date prep and date itself makes this chapter hurt 1000 times more. I bet this series is gonna go on longer than people think still. The author is using the rejection to string the series longer. Saying this as a weekly reader since 2018. |

| I'm not mad that he got rejected, I never like her to begin with. Now he can finally make a move on Mini. What I'm mad about is that Reiji won't allow it. He will write another 100 dumb chapters and how Kazuya can't move on just for them to end up together in the end. |

| Had this been, like, chapter 50, or 100, it would've worked- actually, her reasoning makes sense. The issue is we're in the 400s and the 500s will soon start. You can't be pulling this off now. Not with this pace. Not with this lack of anything. At this point the co-habitation arc was as pointless as most others. Where is the mangaka that wrote the movie arc (and where is that Kazuya)? Where is the mangaka writing the other manga about the family of "siblings" finding out they are all adopted, which is actually holding up fairly well for now (and has a likeable MC who gets flustered but doesn't have a brain melt from anything)? The worst part is, seeing the author's way of dealing with this manga, we'll be in for who knows how many more chapters. I was hoping for her to accept so we could see the finishing line. I'm tired, boss. Even I am getting tired. Even I am starting to forget the beauty of the movie arc. The bad is overshadowing the little bit of good there once was. Hopefully we get a handful of chapter with Kazuya fast forwarding to the future in a "and this is how my first, true love went; it wasn't my first, but it was the one I'll never forget and what made me the man I am today" and he's living his life having moved on- THE END. Because I can't take this anymore. |

| Nah, soon there will be plot twist to that rejection. The way it ended (karma is a bitch right) and the fact that they are probably tipsy have to mean something. I hope she realize that she is hurting him. burst out crying for that while apologizing. Kazuya will forgive her cause ofc he is a fool and well, the night is ahead of them. Sorry, I had to vent my delusions but I just don't imagine the author wouldn't do something like that after 380 chapters, he is baiting us with this rejection. |
