| Classic treasure hunting/adventure based episode again between Kamome and Hairi. This one also gave more details about her younger days. We got fan service, CPR "kiss", and more. These two really gotten close in these recent episodes. I do find Kamome likable as a character and she has such an open mind. |

| For the ab lovers there is still something to enjoy this episode. And we got some Kamone service this episode which she realised pretty late, she was scared after all. The found the ship but now they are missing a suitcase i wonder if it will pop up again. And the main seems to be remembering the past. |

| Okay, if there's really only one episode left, as the leaked episode list said, it smells extremely bad. I thought they'd stop this episode a little later. There's more than half the route left to adapt, considering they removed one of the most important discussions from this part. However, they did leave the ecchi, scene, that was the most important part, it seems :/ It could be done in two episodes, but it's not feasible in one. I'm a little scared. |

| We get lots and lots more of the past through Hairi’s forgotten memories and dreams, but he still hasn’t remembered everything—like the day he went to see the pirate ship or the friends he made on the island. With all the backstory, everything starts to make sense, but it’s still strange how the events played out almost exactly like that day. I’m still confused about when Kamome said she met Hairi and then called him by his name without him introducing himself. Did she recognize him at a glance? Hard to say, especially after seeing her vulnerable side when she mentioned no one would be at the pirate ship. Kamome had it rough, being hospitalized for most of her childhood, and she barely has any friends because of that. But seeing Kamome and Hairi open up about themselves, their stories, and their bond was really heartwarming. I totally agree with Hairi, they are huge and that fanservice moment wasn’t the best, but it was still fun. There was also that funny exchange when Kamome woke up at the start of the episode accusing Hairi of doing naughty things to her, only for him to say the same to her later when he woke up woke up at the start of the episode accusing Hairi of doing naughty things to her, only for him to say the same to her later when he woke up. The kiss to save Hairi—CPR or not—was still a kiss… I really want to see Hairi × Kamome happen. They’re just so perfect for each other that I can’t help but root for them. |

| Loved seeing my favorite part of Kamome's route animated: the scene where they both walk along this abandoned railtrack. So many cute and touchng Hairi/Kamome's moments, it is clear they've grown a lot closer during this little adventure :) the hand holding at the end in particular was super cute. As always, they do a decent job with the adaptation, but I'm a bit disappointed because I think that if they had (for example) cut the hot springs fanservice scene we could have had a bit more screentime for Now, I fear people are going to feel But no major complaint on my part, I absolutely adored Kamome's route in the game and I'm really enjoying seeing it animated :) |

| So like I thought, all but confirmed that Hairi was one of the childhood friends Kamome played with back in the day, but how tf are they going to explain them both not remembering? Hairi’s memory slowly trickling in, but Kamome hasn’t mentioned anything about it and that summer’s supposedly her most prized memory? That aside, I love Kamome so I enjoyed the episode even if not a ton happened. Kamome’s best girl so any episode with she and Hairi exploring the island is gonna be fun, the fanservice moments do feel a bit out of place in the show, but it’s a VN mind you so they have to sell those copies somehow. Generally felt like their interactions were really good and they both started opening up to one another. We could all tell Hairi had something go wrong with his swim team.. but there’s gotta be more to the story than that. What caused the amnesia ? Really surprised about Kamome not bringing it up considering her medical condition means that summer was like the biggest thing ever for her. Well they reached the ship.. now what?! Will she see her friends again? |

| If I recall Kamome's route, there are more hints regarding the nature of Kamome and her little group by this point. I'm enjoying the anime's version of Kamome's arc, but as others have pointed, I'm unsure about how they will handle the closure. |

With each episode I am liking Kanome more and more. Thank god for that wild boar, wonderful huge scenery... I think she identified Hairi all along and he finally remembering things. Nice episode. I am really enjoying this arc. |
| I don't like to say waifu but Kamome is making it hard for me xD. The maid outfit again, the BOOBS, the mouth to mouth, the fun personality and dynamic with Hairi... They are selling me pretty hard on Kamome and I'm enjoying every second of it haha. I loved Hairi giving her back the “She's going to do naughty things to me”. Kamome love aside, it looks like we're getting closer to seeing the full picture about her and Hairi. Like, I was getting the impression that she was trying to make Hairi remember but I don't know if that's quite right. Hopefully in the next episode we'll get more answers but for now, I'm really enjoying their adventure. |

| So that's why Kamome has a suitcase with her at all times, she uses it as a crutch as she's had pain in at least one of her legs since she was a child. It's cool that she also uses it as a purse as she can store whatever she wants in it so it's unfortunate that it got lost in the water, hopefully it will show up later. Also, it looks like Hairi was having flashbacks throughout the episode and he may be starting to realize that he's met Kamome before as he asked her about her legs while they were walking though the cave. Side note, the kiss mouth-to-mouth was nice but I'm pretty sure Hairi was breathing fine, he was just out cold for a minute (sly Kamome lol). |
Botan's cousin? Is that you? For someone with both a bad leg and occasional breathing complications, Kamome makes for a surprisingly solid lifeguard. And while Suitcase-kun will be dearly missed, it's pretty emotionally validating to see them actually make it to the pirate ship. |

| @ProfZex I also thought they would end the episode on literally 2 minutes after finding the ship. Ngl while I do think it should take at least 2 episodes I do sort of get how it could be finished in one episode. Kamome's route is the most detached out of the all the routes after all. I think the writers are just using this route as a soft-gateway to the more complex concepts coming up. So it's pretty unfortunate for Kamome fans it seems. Still, she is a great character here as well so all's well on that end. |

| Hairi and Kamome's adventure continues as they make some good progress on their quest to find the pirate ship. Thanks to Botan's long lost cousin making an appearance at a watering hole, we did get some nice fanservice of Kamome, which Hairi just couldn't help but get a good look at. XD Putting that aside, we did learn more about Kamome. Her suitcase served a big purpose as she used it as a crutch since she has weak legs since she was younger. That does make it a big shame that her suitcase was lost after she slipped into the river after trying to get new batteries for her torch, but Hairi didn't hesitate to jump him and save her. The mouth-to-mouth was probably not needed, nice that it was for her to do so, in the end since Hairi only lost consciousness for a short while, but in that moment, I can't blame her for making that decision. Either way, the duo did make it to the pirate ship on such a secluded and pretty location. Hopefully the next episode will get those questions answered. =) |
| Good episode. I love the relationship Kamome and Hairi have, I love their interactions a lot. Just gonna say it, but if I was Hairi in that situation, I would've definitely taken many glimpses of her. Just saying, you know. The part where they were holding hands was really wholesome. I really hope they have more moments like those. Kamome best girl, I don't care what you say. Or maybe Ao best girl, I dunno. 5/5 |

| And here I thought they'd end this episode That would be a great cliffhanger but I guess they don't have enough time. So I guess the next episode will be the last episode of Kamome's route. Although I am pretty sure there are still lots of stuff after this part. I will try skimming the visual novel later. And they omit the Reflection Blue-exclusive scene what the heck. |

| @Kai200X The reason for maid outfit was omitted in the anime but it was Kyouko-san's suggestion(?). There were lots of stuff happened before maid Kamome but most of it were omitted in the anime. |

| @ProfZex You mean the campfire scene? I was also anticipating that but oh well. Apparently, the campfire scene was not on the original Summer Pockets but it was a later addition on Reflection Blue. I am not totally sure though because I played straight Reflection Blue. But then again, with these a lot of teasers of Reflection Blue content, particularly Shiki, I can't totally distinguish why they omit the campfire scene in the anime. But then again, given on how they ended this episode, most likely there was not really enough time. Granted, there are lots of stuff they have already omitted before Kamome and Hairi's adventure. |

| Some truths were revealed in this episode, some that were surprising and others that weren’t so surprising, like Hairi being in the summer camp with Kamome years ago, I don’t think that was a well kept secret by any stretch lol, although Hairi hasn’t quite remembered yet, just senses of deja vu and hallucinations of the past for now. Another big thing was the reason behind Kamome carrying a suitcase around with her everywhere, and it’s because she had a bad leg, cool reveal but at the same time it feels a bit cheap because we saw her doing maid things perfectly fine with no problems, but I guess the idea is that it doesn’t bother her all the time so I can forgive that. And I can’t forget to mention Hairi’s swim team related problems were revealed, that was pretty easy to predict too but it feels like we could still be missing some pieces, it didn’t seem quite as bad a blunder as I imagined, but I could be wrong and this is it, I’m glad to finally know at least. Rest of the episode was some more Kamome and Hairi goodness which is always a good time, booba fanservice was especially amazing, some are saying it’s out of place and I can see why one would think that, but I think it was done very tastefully. And at the end the two of them finally came across the pirate ship, and yeah it’s a straight up ship, but there could be more than meets the eye to it, I’m not about to take anything in this show at face value, but what I’m wondering is how the heck is there over half of Kamome’s route still left to adapt based on what some others have said, it feels like we’re near the end lol, but hopefully the next episode will turn out well if it’s truly the end of the anime’s version of the arc. |

| Kamome got her wish fulfilled. The pirate ship (we learned it's a shipwreck) was still there! However, the focus wasn't really on the ship itself, but on the meaningful experience they shared together. Kamome and Hairi went on this trip to the pirate ship, and it was full of dramatic and embarrassing moments, even some pretty dangerous ones. They walked alongside rail tracks, camped out, and explored a cave where Hairi and Kamome basically had to save each other's lives. Kamome fell into the river inside the cave, and Hairi rescued her, almost drowning himself. Then Kamome had to resuscitate him with intense, mouth-to-mouth action. We got some fanservice thanks to the hilarious wild hog incident, giving us a peek at Kamome's beautiful body. We learned this cute little song the kids used to sing back then. We also finally got some answers about each character. Kamome's been dragging that case around because she uses it as a crutch (although no one could tell). Turns out, her legs hurts (chronic pain?). Hairi, of course, chose the most awkward moment to ask about her legs out of the blue (inside a deep dark cave!). We also learned what prompted Hairi's trip to the island. He feels he let down his swimming team at a competition. Ouch. During the trip, Hairi starts playing old memories about his childhood that draw parallels with his current situation. The trippy woods symbolize the messy mental state he's in. The cave scene that followed can be interpreted as Hairi's subconscious mind. The dark, deep, enclosed and isolated space inside the cave was a period of introspection. Kamome also realized she wasn't perfect, which is a great character development moment. Finally, both characters stepped into the sunlight, meeting the pirate ship, now no longer an idealized memory, but a reflection of their more recent, mature experiences. In a different way, it still holds some magic. You can say that they deeply connected with each other during this trip. It was a journey through each other's hearts and shared past, and both "grabbed the steering wheel" of their lives for meaningful change! |
