So a grand festival for the series finale. Cool, and the student council members along with Grace had to put up a show. I have to say, this did give season finale vibes in terms of presentation. The audience reactions were priceless. They went out with this in a stylistic way, something it needed. Not bad imo. |

Incredible celebration to close out the series. This was a very fun show all throughout, I'm gonna miss the weekly laughs and shenanigans and dose of Grace Auvergne along with Anna being the sunshine and simp she is for Grace. Kenzaburo had also been a really likeable character, with his dad brain and experience from work and daily life, he made Grace's world brighter and more magical. This was my favorite anime and dark horse of the season. With the English dub confirmed, I can't wait to rewatch it. |

The campus festival is a go, though thanks to Grace's father to stop unauthorized events from happening in the first place, and the momentary meet between him and Anna's mother. Still, the Student Council's stage play is pretty much anticipated since it's written by Grace's mother Jacqueline, and while the switcheroo happened that has Grace stuttering, it's all on Jacqueline that she already foresaw this happening to fit everything in place. Even Richard resisted his usual puns just to make his scene work, which amplified the play to great success. The play was fun and great, and Jacqueline...certainly is a mother with affections with her two-faced facade, wanting to see Grace badly but couldn't if the game gave her plot away too soon. Even Kenzaburo knows that this is the end of the line for Anna, for she should find one of the love interests to finish this part of the game, the afterparty. Instead, it's everyone seeking for the villainess herself...which she's doing the fireworks instead. What a great show...it would be fine leaving here and feeling satisfied. |

Well i liked this anime the idea was nice and the education was great. Tho i do have to say that that anime was Grace and the male main without them this anime would be mediocre at best, she/he was by far the best characters and with the exception of some characters pretty much all the characters where generic and lacked personality. But that was kind of the idea behind this anime, it's a shame we won't be seeing more of Grace tho. And yes i call them Grace because i am to lazy to write the male name. |

Wow I can’t believe it’s all over! One of my fave villainess series ever and Grace will always be famous! Very fitting we go out with a celebration and fireworks at the end. This finale nailed exactly what makes this show so great. Yea it’s funny seeing everyone overestimate Grace and treat her like a genius, but it’s also wholesome and sweet as hell. Of course Grace being unable to speak like a commoner only endeared her to her classmates and the audience 😂 Prince Lucas came in very clutch with the ad-libs to make sure everything went smoothly. Really sweet seeing everyone just have fun and put on a good play! For the first time ever Grace actually accepted the praise from everyone without trying to downplay it, that’s so cute. She definitely deserved it because putting yourself up on stage is a very vulnerable moment, knowing full well you can’t say the lines as written had to have been nerve-wrecking but she was still great! She’s a sweetheart ❤️ I said last week, but now I’m really convinced that Grace’s mom has to have some sort of connection to whatever force brought Grace to this world. The way she knew about Grace’s speech predicament, has that floating orb talking to her and doesn’t wanna meet with Grace right now is sus. I wonder what her role in all of this is 🤔 Fireworks at the end was a combination of wholesome and absolutely hilarious. The fact that Grace STILL boosted her affection points with everyone despite avoiding watching the fireworks with them is crazy 😂 this girl is NEVER beating the MC allegations and we love her for it. I need more of this series!! |

The festival is in full swing, and it looks like Leopold knows the truth about Anna’s mother—though it was pretty obvious she wasn’t just another commoner. The Student Council’s stage play was really well done and fun to watch. Grace’s mother remains a mystery, but at least we finally got to see her face. And Kenzaburou, as always, kept trying to set Anna up with a love candidate… only to end up increasing his own affinity instead. 😂 |

Anna's character growth, Kenzaburo's interesting perspective and plethora of anime/game references made this series very entertaining watch indeed. There are still mysteries and unanswered questions with it's bittersweet ending, a sequel is definitely needed. ![]() |

I'm sad at how there's only one or two healing anime per season when it should be ten or even twenty. I'm afraid the sequel would be just more of the same, but I'd love to be proven wrong here, so bring me the sequel! |

Star of the play. And Grace mother. They really saved Grace there. There is something happening with her mother and the reincarnation with Grace involving the fairy. But show didn't go there at all so nothing burger for now. There are lot of things hinted with Grace and her past but hardly anything went there. Even at end Grace/Kenzaburo failed to make Anna progress with her romance and kept increasing her affection points. Good villainess anime, 7.2/10 No way this is the best of genre there are far better ones. None of them had such weird premise though. This is more light toned and comedic approch which is fine for a change. But except comedy there's nothing special tbh. Grace is fine and her "reverse harem" is okish aswell. But have to say Anna is the best Otome game "main character" I have seen in these type of anime. Her dynamic wit Grace is best part of the show. "Sasuga Grace sama" |

Loved the play-addition done by Jacqueline in regards to the noble-speech spell done on Grace by Lucas to fix the problem she had been having for a long time, was a good extra touch to the original play done by Jacqueline to settle the situation. That aside, didn't like the finale, to be completely honest. Like, when i first stumbled upon this show as an "otome game", i thought it would be the generic otome game anime, but that turned out to not be the case at all, apparently. Intimacy levels being leveled up bit by bit by everyone since all the way back to the first episode to the finale, and literally, not a single couple had actually got together? Dunno about that, like, Grace wants Anna to get hooked up, Anna wants Grace to get hooked up, or does Anna want Grace specifically as in yuri or GL? Confused, dunno anything anymore, but there's one thing for sure that's a fact, that not a single couple got together, so all that intimacy leveling apparently just got thrown out the window, except if there's a season 2, that would be cool. If there is, i'm excited for it. If there isn't, then yes, guess i was a bit disappointed by the fact about the not a single couple thing, yet the show was still a fun ride while it lasted. |

all in all i liked this show but this ending was just kind of lame. nothing was solved, in fact we only got more questions with grace's mom and the light orb. it just feels like an episode like any other but i doubt this will get s2. if that does happen though, ill be there. i saw there was a popup parade figure of grace for preorder. |

That was an interesting show overall, fun and inventive, with great voice acting and bangers OP and ED. I'm just a bit sad there was less comedy in the last few episodes compared to the beginning. Still, a great watch and easily one of the best series this season :) |

Pretty fun show that I honestly enjoyed a lot more in the first half. It's not like the quality went down or anything but it failed to keep standing out like it did in the first half, so a little let down by that. But, in general, the Grace effect obviously made its way with the fireworks scene, lol. It was nice to see the members pitch in with support where she struggled with. A lot of mysteries still in the air like the real identities of Anna and Grace's mothers. Solid 7/10 from here. Going to miss the genki ED too, I'm glad that it got the recognition it deserved, lol. |

And so we end with the gender-bending play going on with great success, the continuing mystery of Grace's mother, and a fireworks show. Of the villainess shows I've seen, which has got to be bordering on nearly a dozen at this point, this one was pretty good. Not the best, not the worst. Some awesome references to other stuff like the Father/Son Kamehameha and the excellent Matsuken Samba ending theme were absolutely the highlights of the series for me. I actually thought this play arc was kind of an underwhelming one to end on, but I guess Grace's mother's mystery is interesting. That said, a part of me thought this story would end in a single cour going in. But I guess there's still more to do. I'll watch it if it comes. 7/10 Lastly, and I'm kinda embarrassed to admit this, but it took me until around episode seven or eight to realize that the little boy with Kenzaburou's family holding the disco ball in the ending animation was NOT his son we simply hadn't met yet but rather the boy he saved from the truck. I kept waiting for him to get introduced lol. |

Wow this show actually left us with mysteries, Grace's mom and the fairy(?) are sus, Anna's mom is even more sus, and we're not getting closer to Kenzaburou returning to his IRL family either. Maybe this is a setup for S2? I REALLY HOPE SO! 😆 Overall this show has been very fun and definitely the shiniest hidden gem of the season! I never thought that a villainess isekai anime could be anything other than generic, but here we are with a really fresh out of the box premise ever. This show is definitely the best in the villainess genre (probably because it doesn't feel like a villainess at all lol) and one of the most unique isekai concept ever too. The back and forth between Kenzaburou's train of thought as a dad/salaryman and his action as Grace with the elegance cheat effect is just really fun and wholesome. Also the back and forth between Kenzaburou's POV in-game and his super wholesome otaku family's POV playing the game is really nice too. And to top it all off, the ED is really freaking fun and catchy and probably the best ED of this season too! |

An excellent ending to a great Villainess Isekai, now it's time for everyone to cope for S2. Or maybe spread the word on how good this is so we can force a S2 through popularity. |
I like to watch some anime, I like to talk about some anime, I dislike wars over some anime, but more than anything I love to live my life, anime is an enjoyable and entertaining addition onto my life but it's not my whole life. |

This show was honestly a nice fresh one for this anime and quite unique for villainess anime. The story, the characters, the pacing and the entire premise was excellent. Music and animation was only thing that is subpar but thankfully everything else carried it out. Especially the dad and his interactions with everyone else. Sadly, as much as I wanted Season 2 I doubt we will get it anytime soon giving how anime covered 99% of released manga so far. Manga being the original medium for this series and being released since 2020 needed 5 years go get to the current point in the storyline. They may decide to do S2 anyway by asking the author how to advance it but I would prefer to wait until manga advances the story to the point it can have another season. For me personally, this anime is 10/10. For everyone else I can see a solid 8/10. Great show, absolutely deserves another season. |

I absolutely love this show. One of the few I'm hoping for 2nd season. If I am disappointed with anything about it. There really wasn't anything with the real Grace outside seeing her depressed in a cage. Basically, from what I can guess. Grace mom is the one who made a deal with the fairy to save Grace. Dad was summoned to help Grace's reputation and eventually to give Grace the attention and support she needs. Just like in the play, Grace mom can not meet Grace at all because it will undo the spell. |

Really fun, humorous, clever, and well made anime, really enjoyable and entertaining. I can't wait for season 2. And I hope for a English Dub as well. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating. |

It was fun while it lasted. It was an entertaining anime, one of the best of the season, in my opinion. At first, I didn't expect this anime to entertain me so much. The combination of Kenzaburou's personality with Grace's expressions created such an engaging and endearing new personality. No wonder everyone's affection for her continues to grow. However, the story raised more questions over time. Where is the real Grace? It was mentioned that the current Grace is a product of Grace combined with Kenzaburou's knowledge and traditions, but not the real Grace. We have seen her locked in a cage, which probably means she will be released at some point. Alongside this mystery is Grace's mother, Jacqueline. She has a fairy, which I assume is tied to the play she wrote 30 years ago and played Grace, since Lucas said the same line Jacqueline said. Then there is Anne's mother, who is another mystery: she knows the Duke and seems to have belonged to royalty. I hope there will be a second season. It deserves it. As expected of Miss Grace |

Decent series at the very least. The Play was... weird. The audience cried and all, but I feel out of place watching it. Me: "Why did the crowd cry all of a sudden?" But it was overall interesting thanks to Dad and Anna's friendship! The boys were meh at best. Still, I feel weirded out about this line "because this IS a villainess game/story", where it really feels unnatural in this series. Does that thought work nowadays? Nah, it's too cliché and cringé whenever he thinks of it, and very redundant. 6.5★ I hate to say this, but they added more things to the mystery, and didn't really conclude anything in this last episode, but did give more things to think about, which is... annoying to say the least. Me: "How could you leave us in this cliffhanger? lol" P.S. Grace and Anna's mother could be the same person. lmao |

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

I just knew that Grace's mother was going to be voiced by Inoue Kikuko! And so the TV anime's finale was the second to last chapter of volume four...but the series is still going on stronly in Young King Ours GH, with volume eight released earlier this month to rave reviewes, so maybe there's some real hope for at least another season? |

This was an excellent show. The wholesome dynamic between Kenzaburo as Grace and the student council was a pleasing sight to watch. This fusion of a caring dad and a villainess noble lady has left this academy and kingdom better off for it. The plot adding a twist on this genre with the story being viewed by the reincarnated persons family members on their TV screen was awesome. This episode especially has left me curious on how much Grace's mom knows about what's going on and what their involvement in this current predicament is. If what Kenzaburo was theorizing is true and she has the power of foresight. Then surely she must have been thinking deeply about her daughters future. However we ended up at this outcome though, I surely couldn't imagine it. This was done so well. I'm hoping for a season 2! |

So the only way around Kenzaburou’s Elegance Cheat was to basically explain that it’s an aspect of the play, bravo lol, I thought Lucas was smart af with that ad lib but turns out that was Grace’s mom’s addition, she went from sus to the imposter real quick lol, so it’s pretty much certain now that she has a hand in the plot with Kenzaburou possessing Grace, especially with that last scene of her talking to an orb, it’s just unfortunate this is the end of the show so we won’t get anymore on this in anime form. But thankfully the play was a success, I really liked that we got to see quite a bit of it, and Anna was in her element man, like damn she should go into acting lol, I guess the play suggestion she came up with was catching lightning in a bottle. And the last moments of the episode being the gang searching for Grace while Kenzaburou’s intention was to let Anna have her romantic moment… only for them all to gain more points with Grace anyway when they found out she’s helping with the fireworks lol, doesn’t that just encapsulate the show perfectly. And that was the “dad imparts his wisdom on otome game characters and becomes loved by all” anime, I’m starting to become uncreative with these alternate titles lol. But man this was hands down one of the best villainess anime imo, and I’ve seen pretty much all of them, this one just brought so much uniqueness to the table with the concept and kept the ball rolling, not to mention the art and animation was surprisingly great for this kind of series, it was very nice to look at with no real dips in quality over the course of the show. I will really miss Kenzaburou and his references, as well as his dad mode, along with him charming the entire cast on accident, basically task failed successfully the show lol, it really never did get old imo. OP and ED were also fantastic, I hadn’t ever heard Matsuken Samba before this show so I thank it for introducing me to that heater, the song paired with the wacky visuals made for a perfect end to every episode. Another season for this one would rock! And unfortunately next season does not have a villainess anime from the looks of it, but it’s nice to get a break from the genre too, hopefully another great one comes down the line at some point. |

Yeah, It seems like a direct parallel. But the mom's themselves are another set of pink and blonde haired characters that have been a little suspicious too. I'm wondering if there is a connection there, instead. Fun season, looking forward to more, and I hope we get to hear from OG Grace too. The only time they showed her looked like a pretty sorry state. |
