Why would public safety think a Devil wants whats best for Humans? Is Denji unable to tell the difference between Asa and Yoru? Opinions swing wildly from chapter to chapter. There are clearly 2 camps. You either love it or hate it. I'm in the latter group, imo it's been pretty bad for quite a while now.
